FL50 Brawler Volcano by freakyleek

A two-team Brawler Demo Derby, in a giant bowl at the Wind Farm, with a giant macerator at it’s centre. Each team gets molotovs and can get grenades, which can be found around the edge of the macerator. Nice high sides allow for wall-riding without much chance of falling off and the cars will fall apart relatively quickly. A new, fun and playable take on a familiar format.


You Drive, I'll Shoot #4 by Loftonian

My favourite of his YDIS Series, this sees two teams armed with flare guns racing through the docks in a three-stage course to the Heavy Weapons in the sea just outside the docks. The first run is in sailing yachts, with Loftonian’s signature pipe-piles suspended in the air overhead and able to be shot down with flares. After a short dash, the boats hit a bridge that is too low for it’s mast, so teams have to decamp to speedboats for the next short leg, where they are meant to decamp again to either the single yacht (per team) moored nearby or swim to one of several other boats moored further away, but if they hit the barriers here at just the right point in a wave, it is possible to jump through and speed through to victory. Normally, though whichever team departs this point first, will likely win. Huge fun.

The Walking Dead by felipesilver

Two team LTS named for the TV Series, which sees the two sides spawn a short dash from a crossroads on the edge of Legion Square. There are a good selection of weapons spread about the central area, plus wreckage and road blocks, abandoned police cars and army trucks for transport and a Valkryie which is overpowered and unnecessary. All in all a good run and gun style LTS, sadly no zombies.

60 seconds - Drive thru 2 by JamieJohnWard

JJW’s 60 seconds series continues with another new idea, this time players have to parachute off a platform, to get to T20s, which they can then use to jump back up and turtle slide through the combat area, resetting their 60 second timer, then they can go and get a sniper rifle and snipe or try to land back on the start platform and snipe or do their best to block the other team from making the jumps. I love it and it’s originality.

Flare Gun Battle by jeffbob1979

A two team LTS fought with, as the name suggests with flare guns, with a couple of molotovs thrown in and a jerry can near to the wooden stock fencing that separates the two teams. Weirdly surreal as the battle is near silent as players burn each other to death. Slightly odd is that the flare guns will only periodically work – maybe the game will only allow so many to be burning at one time, but there were periods of several seconds where pulling the trigger did nothing. It did seem possible for players to get from one side to another, but only once several players had been burned alive, because it involved crouching in and out of cover at the barrier that separated the two teams. A fun game.


¢¢¢ PENNED IN by CCC_010

Another new LTS from CCC is a 3 team demo derby that sees players fighting it out with Liberators inside a globe with a hole to drop into it and a hole to fall out the bottom. Good entertainment, but those players who don’t get into a Liberator and drive stand the chance of winning through inaction. I’d suggest slanting the globe, so the bottom hole wasn’t directly below the top one and drivers could drive back out of the globe to the opponent’s platforms and run them over. As one would expect from CCC, the construction is pristine.

® RPG vs ARMED WALLERS ® by TechRobin

An Insurgents Vs RPGs with a difference as the Insurgent team have to drive around a 270 degree zippered wall-ride to try to take out the RPG team. Usually very tricky for the RPG team to win, sometimes they do. A new and alternative take on a well-established format.

4 team LTS where only Heavy and Combat Pistols are available, through the back alleys of South Central LS. Not much in the way of props, a couple of armoured Ballers thrown down and traffic on medium. Simple, but sometimes simple is good, as in this case.

*PARA-SNIPER vs VALKYRIE by Rukus87

Two team LTS that sees one team starting on the ground with a fully armed Valkryrie, a couple of Armed Insurgents, some other armoured vehicles and some assault rifles, whilst the other team starts on an aerial platform with Heavy Snipers, Homing Launchers, pistols and Sticky Bombs and have to parachute down. Default weapons are Marksman Rifles. There are buzzards on top of buildings if the parachutists can get down fast enough, before the Valkyrie’s gunners shoot them out of the air. However, once this team get a buzzard, the ground team could well be toast – particularly if the Valkyrie is filled, because one shot with a homing rocket will take it out. However, if the ground team can draw the Buzzards down amongst the buildings, the tables can turn again. Good fun. A rare creation, where the fully armed Valkyrie isn’t OP.

Duckhunt - Bunkerbridge3 by Model_One

Another Bunkerbridge Duckhunt that sees the runners having to descend a mini avalanche before running or cycling the length of the bridge. More difficult in my opinion, for the snipers than the previous incarnation, there is little chance of the snipers being able to overcome once the runners have reached their enclosure. This is another great addition to the Duckhunt genre that will undoubtedly see a lot of plays.
