The Bridge of Snipers 2 by nortoncaferacer

The second of SLOBBER--DOG’s Bridge of Snipers creations takes a turn from the original, this time around the road bridge at the Western end of Raton Canyon and with players getting sniper rifles to start and other weapons available for those willing to risk going for them. Both teams start on a platform below the bridge and can advance for Marksman rifles or climb to the roadway for Heavy Snipers, assault rifles and grenades. Great fun, just a shame it was over so fast.


RPG vs RPG by GamerNysq

A really well built RPG battle, with two teams on opposing platforms. However, the RPG is just too overpowered, leaving rounds over within a minute. Would suggest some cover (maybe invisible based cabins on their sides) for each team or a switch to grenade launchers. loftonian’s event Deja Vu would be the place to submit it once it is fixed.

Car Bullets? Watch Out! by Loftonian

Two team LTS wherein one team is on a platform with all kinds of heavy weapons and a few windmills to protect them, while the other team has Pantos and a selection of other vehicles to try to knock them off. On hearing this description you’d be forgiven for thinking the platform team would overpower the car team, but the approaches to the platform have speed strips, thus propelling the cars very fast. It is possible for the platform team to jump onto the approach road – or to survive being knocked there – so maybe pull them back a little, but otherwise a fun job.


Hotline LS by Jibb

4 team LTS at Gentry Manor, designed as cops vs crooks style fight. Cop team have a good selection of weapons and armour. The other three teams play criminal gangs, but have a limited weapon selection, that just leaves them hanging around the weapon spawn until everyone has a gun, which is fine if there’s only two of you, but if there’s seven or eight then there will be frustration. Limited or non-existent prop work makes the area pretty much indistinguishable from a job.
Suggest more weapon pickups, or a pistol as starting weapon. No knuckle dusters either, they are just too overpowered against other melee weapons. It’s a good LTS, but could do with some props, if only to enclose the arena and a few more guns.


CL Rpg vs Insurgent GOLD by CraigLongman1987

RPG vs Insurgent LTS with modded props. The platform uses wooden blocks and rock piles and can be accessed by ramps or by tubes with boosts in which enable the insurgents to randomly fall out of the sky onto the platform. It’s entirely possible for either team to win. A fun take on a tried and tested formula.


DUP Urban Jungle III by DuPzOr

Two teampost apocalyptic themed LTS set in an overgrown shopping arcade. A mixed use of props suggests that some of this job was made before the stunt props were added to combat jobs and then it was completed once the prop limit was increased. The map is reminiscent of The Last of Us and so captures the theme well. A large combat area easily suitable for a deathmatch makes you thankful of blips being on as this struggle for survival unfolds. Generous but not excessive weapon placement helps. The only issue I found was the route for team 2 to access the arena was unclear leading to annoying suicides for that team.


Kuruma Vs Mini 2 @dtown by Obi-wan Kendo

As the name suggests, this is miniguns vs arnoured kurumas, with the platform accessed by a ¾ loop and arranged in an elongated figure eight. The platform team have a fruit stand they can retreat to overpower the kuruma team, which in often happens. The Kuruma team can smash their way through crates to get to a sniper rifle on the back side of the eight, but with the minigun team being so overpowering on their fruit stand, it is pretty tricky.

Kill or Be Killed by CyberGawd

Four team LTS that is a race to the top of an Aztec like pyramid where pistols and a shotgun await. Rounds are fast paced and over quickly. Good and fun.

Tank x Tank @the Hood by KOBICrewLeadR

Two team Tank LTS in South Central LS. Limited propwork encloses the area, but is otherwise unnecessary – except perhaps to close off the railway tunnels. Good fun. Gives me an idea for a VDM.

Streaming in Loco vision 

It was similar to Hotline Miami if anyone's played it. From the sounds of things some people decided what they thought of it after seeing the creator though

"I thought you liked this job...just the creator, the description, everything?" Ps3 had nothing to do with it, the general consensus was "Team 1 have more smgs and combat pistols, argh omg" but every other team had more shotguns, AP pistols, mini smgs, assault rifles, but smgs kind of suck.
The police team never immediately went in with the weapon advantage, they just camped until the weapons respawned. Running round in circles like "omfg I've only got my dick in my hand" is never a good idea, lol no offence.
If the same thing happened during that Car bullets job it would have probably not made your opinion of it that great. Instead you just jumped in the panto and did the general idea rather than wishing for rpgs

Thanks for your input Tesseractor. If you don't want feedback on your jobs or feel it's necessary to attack those who offer feedback, then don't submit your jobs to events, but given that reviewing and offering feedback are core aspects of GCCC, it seems counterintuitive to respond in this way. You get 60 weapons to place, but seem to think anyone would be happy to charge at the enemy armed with a rifle, with just a pool cue to defend yourself. More weapon pick-ups are needed. Some props would also be good too, if only to enclose the area. I'll be writing reviews in the next couple of days.
