Bodger and Baja by nittydon
Inspired by Baja Hangtime. Defaulted to muscles and night. This mostly tarmac rally around Mt. Haan featuring a big jump off the mountain offering serious hangtime. Follow the natural path back down to the road and hope for the best.
++ Good track title and description
++ Good route and the drop off the jump was a nice long glide down. Path down the mountain was mostly clear with some trees that can cause issues. But not much can be done about that.
++ Nice propping that works well at night. Liked the lamps placed behind tire stacks making them twinkle. Well build jump that was easy to line up for and launch off of. Watching all the lamps render as your flying down the mountain was pretty neat.
== 5/5. fun route and jump. Can’t really think of anything that needs to be improved.
RallyCross [Rapid Faps] by jamiejohnward
Quick 1 minute laps across dirt, grass and tarmac. Featuring a pit lane, joker lap, optional Jump and a river crossing.
++ Good track title and description
++ Great route with plenty of high speed sections with some technical bits thrown in to keep it interesting and fun. Great pit lane and joker lap locations. At first I thought the water crossing was too deep and scrubbed too much speed off. But I think it’s perfect to prevent from overshooting the turn afterwards. I love that you included the option to jump over the train tracks or go under. I didn’t have issues with the bush on the jump. But that may be because I know to hit it directly center and straight. Perhaps a small ramp is needed to dummy proof it. Some bushes before the crossover could spin you as well. But not much can be done there.
++ Propping was gorgeous throughout. The starting line gate, pit lane gate and joker lap gate are all made from similar rustic props and clearly mark the entrances and look great. All the extra trees and bushes looked great. Wreckage placed throughout looks great. Nice barge work used for barriers, roads, and bridges. Starting gates before the river crossing and used for the optional jump route clearly mark the routes and look great.
+ - Bus on the right side after CP-2 can easily be hit. Perhaps pull it back and angle it so it could be slid against to avoid going off into the ditch.
+ - The starting gate at the beginning of the barge bridge has a tiny bit sticking out of barge barrier. It bricked me once during testing but I couldn’t replicate it. It’s minor and think it would rarely cause issues.
== 5/5 Overall a Gorgeous, Fun and Well Built Rallycross track. A top pick for me.
Victoria’s Lights by agrajag
A quick night track through El Burro featuring plenty of lighted props to guide and dazzle you.
++ Great track title and description.
++ Nice route that is easy to navigate and smooth.
++ Defaulted SUV’s work well.
++ Propping looked great and functional. featuring vertical containers with spotlights shining down the sides. Starting gates used as lighted barriers, cover up all the nasty obstacles that otherwise would easily be hit in this area. Barges buried into the ground to smooth out the nasty bumps. All well placed.
= = 5/5 quick and fun night route in SUV’s made easy and beautiful with great prop work.
! JGR13 GO-KARTING GP-4 by jager1381
Farm land Go Kart track locked to the Bifta. The route has you completely corraled in and takes 2 laps through the corrals to complete 1 lap. Around 2:30 minutes per lap. Non-contact recommended.
++ Good track title and description. But why does it say No turismos when Bifta is the only choice.
++ Good route and very creative. Though pretty tight in spots and some fences catch you by surprise. I don’t think much can be done prevent that. If you crash through the fences and have a large enough lobby spread out through the course. The fences don’t get a chance to respawn. Check pointing can be misleading but there’s no way around that in a such a small area. The propping makes the route easy to follow. So just ignore the checkpoints and follow the route. You feel like cattle going through the corral maze. Like how the route takes you on top of the buildings as well.
++ Good propping. Barges are used to make a maze route. Containers were used to fill in the invisible parts of the barges. So there was no annoying problems with the invisible parts catching you by surprise.
+ - Probably should do away with the explosives going off at the start. Once a cool novelty is now just annoying when it goes wrong. Like it did during the sunday event blowing up a few players at the start.
== 5/5. Very creative route and propped well. Only some minor issues with rockstar propping that hurt the flow a bit.
Sandy Shores RX by @a-wes-7
The highly voted track from the previous round returns with Sedans in the rain.
See previous round for review.
Off-Road Brawl 3 by theicide
A fast paced Off-Road Brawl through the Palomino Highlands best suited for Brawlers. Mostly off-road through the grass, up and over and along peaks, through water crossings and short dirt road sections. featuring many natural jumps for good air time. Barges used for banked turns, jumps and preventing you from falling off ridges in crucial areas. Around 5 minutes per lap. GTA includes rockets and boosts throughout.
Sultan RS WRC Stage#2 by alanbold1983
Stage 2 of the Sultan RS WRC series starts in Sandy shores and loops around the Senora Desert and Harmony. Featuring a big barge bridge returning you back to Sandy Shores from Harmony. Includes propping for night. Open to all Supers and Sultan RS recommended.
+ - Good track title. Description inaccurately says this track is at Fort Zancudo. That was Stage #1.
+ - Only Super class allowed. Though this track is designed for the Sultan RS. Many other classes are suitable on this track. Also restrict Super class to Sultan RS and one slow super. So you have the option to turn customs off to force players to want to use the Sultan RS instead of any stock super.
++ Good route. Small chicane at CP-2 helps scrub some speed off for sharp right hander at CP-4. The route crosses under the Big bridge 3 times before crossing over.
+ - Okay propping but needs some polish. Has some night propping but needs more to make it a good night track.
++ Containers with lights shining out look great.
- - Tire stacks and flags at apexes are too easy and problematic to hit. They also make the corner at CP-10 hard to navigate and force you to take the corner too wide. Use one lighted vertically placed airport sign at the apexes. use Start/finish gates buried into the ground or placed upside down to use as lighted barriers for the outside corners.
+ - Barge bridge is nice but bumpy. Barges could be lined up better for a smoother bridge.
++ Banked barges with lighted containers after the bridge looked good.
+ - Could use a barge to fill in the dip before CP-37.
== 3/5 Good route that needs prop work to make great.
Anno 1920 by @theriset
A point-to-point dirt and off-track locked to the Roosevelt. Going along the Alamo Sea and through the Chiliad tunnel. Before climbing up for a steep drop back down to the Alamo Sea.
+ - Good title but description only says Rosevelt. Nice picture.
+ - Good route that stays away from anything modern looking. starting off by going by the old looking buildings of Galilee. then down the dirt road along the Alamo Sea. I liked that we went off-road at CP-11 and over a natural jump. And utilizing the gap jump after CP-17. Stunt cam worked well here. the route through the Chiliad tunnel fit the theme of the Roosevelt well. This track only took about 3 minutes to complete and could have used a couple more minutes of track. I recommend continuing past the tunnel and going unto the trails around the Altruist camp and including that cool old bridge there as well. Then connect back into the route at CP-27. The stunt cam in this area was somewhat disorienting and catches you by surprise. I enjoyed the route down to the finish line. Great Finish.
++ Propping was all rustic and fit the theme of the 1920’s. old wooden ramps added to the short cut sections along North Calafia Road looked good and natural and fun. And made the short cuts not as beneficial. Liked the natural look of the fallen trees to block off routes.
== 4/5 Good route and propping. But goes by too quick.
Fun Sized Rally by atheistsw
A mixed surface mid sized rally track through the roads of Grapeseed. Tailored for Compacts. Other classes locked to specific vehicles.
++ Great track title and detailed description. Nice picture as well.
++ Default compacts work well
+ - Good route that goes through a popular area for these type of tracks. could use some interesting features to make it stand out. perhaps include a cross-over bridge somewhere.
- - Propping is all pre creator 2.0 and outdated and needs much improvement. Too many sticky tire barriers need to be replaced with smoother barriers. other props could use blending together with the new creator tools to look good.
== 3/5 Good route. Would love to see this track updated with better props and new features to make it stand out from the crowd.
Redwooden Kart (iv) by theBees13
Blazer locked track around the Redwood Lights Track. Featuring a couple of small jumps added.
+ - Title says Kart which makes me think of Biftas and not Blazers. Description does however explain it is for Blazers and gives a track time.
+ - Blazers works well. But perhaps also include off-road locked to Bifta, Kalahari and Blazer. And Utility locked to Golf Kart. To give more kart like vehicle choices.
+ - Good route but is commonly used. Doesn’t offer enough features to make it stand out from the crowd.
+ - Propping is good, but use more to make something creative and make the track more interesting.
++ Great job with the barges guiding you over the jump onto the redwood track. It clearly defines the correct line over the jump. Liked the 2 additional jumps added over barriers and the gate.
++ Containers with arrows to block off unintended route looked good.
== 3/5 Good route but lacks features to make it stand out and too restrictive in vehicle choices.
Calafia Bridge Rally-X by theicide
The top voted track from the last round returns for some more Sultan RS fun. Glad to see you enjoyed it.
Dirty Barney by AJ
The highly voted track from the previous round returns with Muscles in the rain. I like the new more visible buses added on the downhill section to replace the not well seen black tire barrier. Great track.
