RallyX - Kuruma vs Sultan by barfy86
Mixed surface rallycross going on and off and around the Mckenzie Airfield. Locked to the Sultan and Kuruma when customs turned off. Great track layout featuring opportunities to see where your opponents are on different sections of the track.
+ - Okay track title, though a little generic
++ Good vehicle choices and track layout
+ - Sports class is the only class available. Many other vehicle classes would also work well on this track.
- - Needs a joker lap.
- - Props are messy and could use some creator 2.0 smoothing. Blend the tire barriers together seamlessly.
== 3/5 Nice track, that could use some freshening up.
Stage 7 San Andreas WRC (PS4) by theicide
Stage 7 returns for round 8 by popular demand. This time done in the rain for a new experience. See round 7 for review.
Stage 8 San Andreas WRC (PS4) by theicide
Stage 8 of this point-to-point world rally championship starts where stage 7 ended on the Palomino Freeway outside Ron’s Alternate Wind Farm.
Takes you through the Wind Farm and Davis Quarry and ends off a jump in the Quarry. Featuring an alternate route in the quarry.
You will see 2 starting gates side by side at one point. You can go either left or right and the track meets back again.
It can be used to safely pass slower opponents.
Grass Root Offroad Racing by Bellyfluff
Off-road track through the grass set at night and rain and locked to the Brawler or SUV’s.
Lights and airport runway signs are used to help light up the track and define the route. Including a pit lane in GTA mode.
++ Good track title describes it well.
++ Route has a nice flow with some slalom bits through trees. No big bumps or obstacles to throw you off course.
++ The generator lamps and airport signs define the route well at night.
++ Pit lane is easily visible and well placed.
+ - Locked to stock Brawler or SUV’s. I think only the Sanchez should be restricted. Allow all other off-roaders. When customs are turned off. Most will pick the Brawler if Sanchez is not included. Also include motorcycles class and lock it to the Sanchez and Enduro.
== 4/5 Fun off-road track through the grass that works well at night. Just wish I could use a custom off-roader.
Feltzer Rally Reverse by nittydon
Mixed surface rally through the El Burro Heights locked in sports to the Feltzer. Other classes are open. Similar track layout as Feltzer Rally but in reverse.
+ - Okay track title that signifies the track is for the Feltzer and differentiates it from the original.
+ - Route is good and suits the Feltzer well. But this area is popular for rally tracks and nothing about this track makes it stand out from the crowd.
- - Propping needs work. It’s random, uneven and intrusive.
+ - Construction shutters at 1st corner are placed backwards. Use the the smooth side and blend them together.
+ - Some cabins placed throughout the track are placed uneven and look unnatural.
- - The corner at CP-16 has allot of random props making this area more hazardous. Use smooth barriers around the the corner that can be slid against safely and don’t hurt you when crashed into.
== 2/5 Needs allot of prop work to make it look clean and stand out. The original Feltzer Rally is more interesting because of the cabin tunnel.
Enduropale du Procopio by owenoldskool
Off-road track with a mix of sand, rocks and narrow trails at Procopio Beach. Best suited for dirt bikes or small off-roaders.
Motorcycle class is locked to Sanchez and Enduro with customs off. Off-road class is open to all.
++ Great track title, description and route
+ - Good choices for the motorcycle class. Off-road class should also be restricted to the Kalahari and a dummy vehicle like the Dune Loader.
+ - Tire barriers would look better if seamlessly merged together. Adding a Red Bull style starting gate would also be a nice feature.
== 4/5 Overall a great track that could use some prop freshening.
The Lost Rallycross by whiteywhite
After being a top voted track for 3 consecutive rounds. It is back for a fourth time. It is only track to played for four consecutive rounds.
Great job on a superb Rallycross track Whitey_White.
See rounds 5 and 6 for more detailed reviews.
== 5/5 One of my top favorite tracks from the season.
A Rally track in and out of the Redwood Lights Track locked to the stock Warrener.
Featuring a small jump and a nice wood bridge to smooth out a notoriously rough section.
Featuring a small jump and a nice wood bridge to smooth out a notoriously rough section.
++ Great track title and vehicle choice.
+ - The Warrener is good choice for this track. But the stock Warrener is so boring and would be funner in a custom Warrener or custom Ingot. Perhaps add the Glendale as well. So Custom sedans could be used.
+ - I like how the jump into the Redwood track was utilized. But it is hard to line up straight for. It could use a couple vertical standing Airport signs at each side of the start of the jump. This will surely help define the correct line over the jump.
++ The wood bridge was well built and smooth. Really improves this rough section.
++ Also liked the additional trees added. Improves the scenery of the track.
+ - Final corner before finish line could use a barrier to prevent from going too wide and missing the Start/finish checkpoint.
== 4/5 Overall a nice Warrener track that just needs a couple small prop tweaks and the allowance of the custom Warrener.
Rally track starting outside Harmony and going through the Great Chaparral. Designed for Muscle cars.
++ Good track title and muscles suit it well.
+ - Descent route through a popular area for rally tracks. I’m not a fan of tracks that cross paths and think a bridge should be built or reroute the track onto Route 68 and use that bridge. Building a crossover bridge would really make it stand out from the many other tracks in this area.
- - Propping needs to be redone. Airport huts look out of place and I suggest something more rustic looking. The arrow signs placed in front of the blue barriers at CP-20 are hazardous if hit. I suggest burying some sort of container or bus half way into the ground and place the signs safely on top. the tire barriers at the hairpin of CP-27 look messy and I recommend using smoother barriers, containers or buses instead.
== 2/5 Nice route that needs allot of prop work to make it look clean and stand out.
Sand n’ That by @lewr
Mixed surface off-road track around the Senora National Park. Open to all Off-road vehicles. Starting on the Senora Freeway and quickly heads through a fuel station before turning off though the desert. Stay away from those gas pumps at CP-2 or you will go BOOM!. Also be aware of the narrow tunnel under the train tracks. Oversized off-roaders can’t fit and must find a route over the tracks.
++ Good track title and route.
+ - Starting grid could be moved a little bit forward so on 2nd lap you don’t have to move to the right at the end of the on ramp to hit the checkpoint.
+ - Narrow tunnel under train tracks causes issues for large vehicles and finding a route over is difficult (examples being the Bodhi and Insurgent). Remove vehicles that can’t fit and warn in the description. And/or provide and easy alternate route over the train tracks.
++ Liked the island of trees and buses on the freeway. Interesting feature.
+ - Propping could use some creator 2.0 tidying up. Tire barriers that can be easily hit should be replaced with something smoother and friendlier.
== 3/5 Nice track that needs work.
Brawler track with a fair amount of on and off-road sections featuring some jumps. Locked to the stock Brawler. With sections going through the Palomino Highlands and East Los Santos. Laps are under 4 minutes.
+ - Okay track title and decent description.
+ - Nice route but does cross paths in some sections.
+ - Suits Brawler well but custom Brawler can’t be used. Add something else to allow customs.
+ - CP's 9-10 I suggest getting rid of the tire lines here and replace them with some smoother barriers.
+ - Route up the the rocky hill between CP’s 12-14 was challenging and the route not well defined. maybe some barges here well help.
+ - Most propping worked well and clearly defined the route. But could use a little tidying up to make it look more clean.
++ The jumps placed throughout worked well and I enjoyed jumping off the cliff at the finish line.
== 3/5 Overall a pretty fun track through varied terrain that could use some tweaking and the allowance of custom Brawlers.
Popular track from rounds 6 and 7 returns for round 8. This time done in the rain for added slickness.
+ - I and some others kept sliding off into the trees at the beginning of the big crossover bridge. I think a barrier for the first barge is much needed there.
See rounds 6 and 7 for further reviews.
== 5/5 Great route and beautifully made crossover bridge.
Fast paced mostly dirt rally lap through Ron’s Alternate Wind Farm. Great for Sultan RS, Sports and Muscle. About 3 minutes per lap.
+ - Okay title but I don’t really think of this area as cliffy. Maybe something like Ron’s Wind or Wind Farm instead of Clifs Edge would be better descriptive.
++ Good route made interesting with Props
++ Nice double stacked concrete barrier props that looked good and work well.
++ Floating platforms used to make a new route.
- - Dynamic barrels on Apexes that would get knocked into the course creating a hazard.
- - Red tires stacks on apexes and tire barriers on outside corners that hurt more than help when hit. I suggest replacing the tire barriers on the outside corners with something long and smooth to slide against. use something less sticky on the apexes.
+ - The two red/white tire stacks used to define the narrow gate at CP-40. raise them off the ground and place them above the height of the car so they can’t be hit.
== 4/5 Nice track that needs some prop work.
mixed surface Harmonic Rallycross track in Harmony. Featuring a crossover jump and a joker lap. Joker lap is marked by going straight through multiple starting gates. Suits Sports rally cars well. Also can be raced in Sedans and Sports Classics.
++ Good track title and route
++ Crossover jump works well and is placed right before the starting line.
++ Joker Lap is placed straight ahead past starting line and is clearly marked with multiple starting gates.
++ Nice chicane slalom placed before crossover jump made from wrecked cars and red/white concrete barriers.
== 5/5 Overall a very nice layout and fun track. One of my favorites.
