Fresh cuts is a playlist we started at WLTC and it kind of put our crew on the map and helped us become GCCC affiliates. I'm wanting to revive it under the GCCC banner.
Runs every 4 weeks at 7pm GMT/2PM EST/11AM PT - Next event Monday 5th February
What is it?
For those of you who don't know, or would like a little bit more information, its a playlist where we find creators who are new to creating, or creators of experience but their creations barely get seen or get noticed. WLTC was built by 6 creators after being told our creations would never be good enough to make a playlist. We wanted to change that perception. At WLTC we found some real gems in these playlists and its something I personally hold a huge passion for. I feel like as a creator myself, and by no means am i anywhere near the finished article, but I was given an opportunity, my creations were given plays, constructive feedback to help me create better in the future. One creation of mine was once criticised and the community jumped to my defence, a real humbling experience for me that just proved how awesome this community can be.
Why is it coming back after a long hiatus?
As stated above, I have a huge passion for this, and as a small part of a big content creators crew, if you make any kind of creation, i guarantee we have a playlist that it would fit right into. There are some awesome creators in GCCC and affiliated crews and their feedback can only ever help this community grow. Lets face it, custom playlists and creator are the only reason most of us still play GTA.
The format?
This time, exclusive to PS5, this will be a mixed playlist generally but sometimes could have more combat, sometimes more races - I will always try to find a balance. This event will be no more than 10 creations per playlist. There will be NO VOTING on this event.
How can GCCC help?
I'm looking for creators that would fit the category
I want this to be a staple of GCCC. That may be ambitious, but i call it passionate. Creations on either PS4 or PS5 will be accepted
