Creator Suspension Wave
A number of creators have received suspensions from Rockstar from using the creator tools, including to bookmark other people's jobs and playlists. There's been no official word from Rockstar for the precise reason of the suspensions however a banned former crew member, Kossmo, has reportedly been in contact with Rockstar regarding "fake caches" which he claims has started a suspension wave. These "fake caches" allegedly are an indication of cheating on a large scale within GCCC and the general playlist community. We categorically do not accept players on any notable scale manipulate the game in order to cheat or gain an advantage within our community and have seen no plausible explanation of how "fake caches" are made by modding tools (and modding tools alone) to warrant any suspensions or bans from ourselves, let alone Rockstar.
Best advice
If you're worried about being suspended (or your suspension increased) by Rockstar the best advice is to clear your cache. This should clear it of any junk files (that you or anyone else) has put there that are now flagging up as warranting a suspension.
We would also ask that if Kossmo joins a list of GCCC, WLTC or MOON (where he knows he's not welcome, and aims to get players unwarranted banned or suspensions rather than playing a video game) to please report for "griefing" and vote to kick. We'd also recommend you block his accounts on social club namely "Kossmo__" and "Kossmo__s" on social club and "Kossmo__" and "Kossmo___" (2 and 3 underscores) on PSN for reasons of sanity and to protect against being targeted by him. We do not support or encourage any retaliation beyond this point (distance, block and report any actual misbehaviour from him to Sony and Rockstar).
This advice will be update if & when further information is available, Rockstar's Code of Conduct allows for quite a wide range of reasons for any suspensions or bans and breaking some part of that is the only direct communication anyone has had from a trustworthy source (ie Rockstar). Please reply on the original topic with any further information. GCCC is firmly against the use of mods and similar tools within our community to gain a unfair advantage and are concerned with the poorly explained suspensions that are ultimately to the detriment and confusion of the creator community.

- The next time you start the game load into story and note down any settings you want to keep (clearing the cache resets all settings in GTA related to the controller, audio, display etc).
- Close the console and wait at least 30 seconds before starting the console again.
- When you start GTA hold L1+R1 (and press X repeatedly on PS5?) from the moment you hear the sirens to the second screen with the white writing on black background with the spinning circles at the bottom. The exact timing is inconsistent from my tests. If it works you'll get a message to recalibrate your brightness settings.
If you're having issues with the exact timing start the PS in safe mode by turning off the console fully > hold the power button until you hear the second bump to restart > connect the controller using USB > Select "Clear Cache and Rebuild Database". - Until further information is available do this every time you access dev creator tools or in a lobby with Kossmo (who has repeatedly claimed to manipulate the caches of other players without permission). This does not delete any progress online or in story mode and is generally seen as good practice to perform every 6 months (or more regularly) anyway as you pick up unnecessary cache data potentially from every lobby you'll enter.
