Event Rules
1. Follow the Golden Rule while racing
2. Clean Contact Racing - as the tracks will contain bumpy off road sections, that means some wheel to wheel action. Just be sensible with the use of force. Anyone who intentionally pitstops opponents, or just bumps others off the road will be kicked from the event. Minor contact is fine - this is GTA not F1. If you do force someone off the track, even if unintentional, pull over at the next convenient point and give the place back. Call your own fouls and respect callouts.
3. Take a joker lap once per race - when exiting a joker lap and re-entering the conventional lap, merge safely and yield the right of way to the drivers of the conventional lap.
4. Don't pick up and use GTA weapons. Exception: Host using sticky bombs to start the races.
5. Only use vehicles within class restrictions of each race
6. No trolling, driving backwards, etc. Follow the route.
7. Follow GCCC Rules and Etiquette
8. Party chat will be used exclusively. Everyone that has signed up will be invited to a party chat. Having a mic is strongly encouraged for communication, or be able to listen to instructions and/or use PSN Messages for text chat.
Event Setup
1. Sign up event only. Anybody who wants to participate must sign up each event to current forum thread or message the host on SC/PSN.
2. First lap is a test lap, joker will be pointed out.
3. GTA mode will be used for all races for pit lanes when available and joker laps that use GTA props to define the route. Host will start races with a sticky bomb.
4. 7-9 tracks per playlist.
5. Races will be set to around 7-10 Minutes. A joker lap must be taken on one of those laps. There will be no required joker lap watchman, but in event style races there will be spectators. It will be on the honor system unless proven to be problematic. If you have a mic, state over the mic when you are taking your joker lap. Any racer who doesn’t take their joker in a heat will incur a forfeiture of points.
6. If you false start, take an extra joker lap as penalty.
7. Each track will have vehicle restrictions decided by the participants or the host before the race starts. Pick a car that is not blacklisted. If you don't own a custom required vehicle, you will have to use a stock version.
8. Party chat will be used exclusively. Everyone that has signed up will be invited to a party chat. Having a mic is strongly encouraged for communication, or be able to listen to instructions and/or use PSN Messages for text chat.
