GCCC Verified+ 7
(2017 - December Edition)
GCCC is proud to (belatedly) announce the 7th GCCC Verified+ jobs from our backlog, all of which made it through a rigorous process to earn their Verified status at the time but were simply never announced. These encompassed the very best GTA had to offer at the time and, even with the cumulative updates the creator has received in the meantime, stand the test of time to this date.
On the shoulders of these giants the creators of today continue to strive to emulate and iterate upon in equal measure.
Races
Stunt Races (Old School)
P40 - Switch Inward flip by pforty
A tricky race from the city into Vinewood's Hills gets it's wow moment with a "Inward Flip", a block that reverses you as you take a flip backwards. Very much standing the test of time as so very few have been made since, particularly using "Old Skool" props, and there's even a inventive building grind to add additional wow factor. About as good as they come in terms of ingenuity and build quality.
$K Heaven's Gate by sagek321
A particularly exemplary automatic stunt, featuring 4 linked flips, built near the Casino as you thread the needle through the open containers which always looks lovely. The track around the stunt is also very raceable making this perfectly enjoyable for most racers in the community too, always an added bonus.
Stunt Races (New School)
--_-- ŠKYŁÅNÐ--_-- by kolkrotterdam
A automatic masterpiece with some (very) easy wallrides thrown in for good measure. Particularly exemplary is the long lead (better visibility) up to anything requiring steering which are clearly marked and large landing zones. Flips that work consistently and a wide track perfect for speed junkies. A stunt that races just as good as it's visuals.
Pure Races
The race Mirrorwood GP 2 by masapy072
A silky smooth fast flowing race passing by the Casino before entering Mirror Park. Wide Sweeping corners tread familiar ground but in a new way thanks to the smoothing particularly the usually awkward corner on the way West of the Casino. Propped to silky smooth perfection and a particular joy in Sports Classics.
]-RD 'Shadow of a Giant by hoperunsdown
A sweeping tour of Paleto Bay and into the town centre with enough twisty high speed corners to entertain speed lovers while the casual player can enjoy the stunning scenery that's so often forgotten about in GTA online. It's rare to have a sweeping fast paced race in Paleto Bay but rarer still to have one encompassing such natural beauty. Updated since being eligible for verification; new purpose built buildings and slight route alteration.
Rally Races
Ğ The Palomino Tragedy by geenopa (Video)
A wonderfully playful take on Paleto Bay with destroyed bridges providing both the visually appealing backdrop and unusual bumpy off-road driving surface. Props littering the stricken circuit as well as the pool at the hairpin show a unusual high level of detail that makes this extra special.
Wild Retreat Dirt Park by Dirt-Truck (Video)
Short, snappy and very raceable; exactly how a Rallycross should be with a mainly-road course around the Zancudo river smoothed slightly as well as the addition of a superb (and still standing!) bridge. The propwork is kept simple for the most part so doesn't distract with a few advertising boards and direction arrows to guide until you get to take in the draw of the job with the bridge.
Combat & Other Jobs
Deatmatch
CL - Life On Mars by CL-Longman
A job literally from another planet with a run-and gun type / cover light setup spaced out with rock formations on the red surface. The planetary artwork above sets the job apart while the large play area is easy to navigate around and climb upon the rocks for real power play. Updated since being nominated for verification (now looks even better!)
$ Contrapunctus II by Scam144
Multi-levelled, multi-coloured and with multiple ways to play; using the lower levels as a typical RNG arena with the tunnels separating different areas or taking to the higher levels to gain the high ground. Fast-paced action as with most of Scam's maps without ever getting spawn killy.
The Garden III by prototypetom
A more sprawling map with the mixture of the natural contours and built in central structures providing the cover. Ranged weapons help with the scale including a few heavy snipers for the skilled and scarce RPGs for those less blessed with pinpoint accuracy. It's unusual to see a green space deathmatch play this well.
Chasing Shots Upgrade by carbonotic (16 max)
A trip to the strip club can only go down one way in GTA, a messy bloodbath. A traditional pistol match encompasses the alleys around the club with the simple arrangement really showcasing smaller maps at their best with action naturally focusing on the club entrance. Corner shooting is blocked off with some electric propping ensuring a fun RnG pistol DM.

A unusual RPG vs vehicle arrangement in this bowling inspired job. 2 curved "alleys" ensure you go in at full pelt while the roof structure cleverly ensures you can only die from a direct hit as well as the colourful spiral giving a good clue where the "pins" will be standing. Balanced and good gameplay; fabulous example of a asymmetric LTS.
