GCCC Presents the World Off-Road Championship, Season 18.
A Bi-Weekly Multi-Crew Event open to GCCC, Affiliates and Race Crews.
2 Hours of Crew Submitted Off-Road and Rally Inspired Races.
GCCC & Affiliate Member Jobs get priority.  But jobs from non-crew members will be accepted.
There will be 5 Rounds with 10 to 14 tracks per round.  Laps being set to around 4 to 6 minutes per track.
All tracks will be raced in Non-Contact.
A Special Creators Finals follows after Round 5.  Showcasing the top voted tracks from the season to be GCCC Verified.

Event Time

Add the hosts on PSN and join lobby through party chat "GCCC World Off-Road Championship" to get priority invites.
A 4 Crew Pre-Lobby opens 30 Minutes prior @ European: 7pm GMT / American: 5:30pm PST.
Invites to playlist go out 5 minutes prior to start time.

Event Format
10 to 14 Races across 1 or 2 Playlists.
Laps set to around 4 to 6 minutes per track (8 Minutes Max).
Each event should last around 2 hours.
1st Playlist will be all 30 Player jobs, a 2nd playlist if necessary will be used for jobs less than 30 Players.
All tracks will be set to Non-Contact.
Default Time & Weather set by creator will be used.
Custom vehicles will generally be used.  Some Tracks will have Customs Off when suitable vehicles are locked.
Host will use Default Class or change to a Suitable Class to keep the playlists varied.  See playlist below for settings to be used. 
Poll voting will be used to determine the best tracks from each round.
Top 3 Voted tracks will move to the next round.
Returning Tracks to a 2nd round will be played in another suitable class.
Top 4 Voted tracks will also be nominated for the Pure Race Showcase.  To compete against the Top Voted tracks from RaceWars.

Creator Finals/Verified+ Showcase
Each of the 5 Rounds will have a Poll to pick your top 4 or 5 favorite tracks.
Top 3 Voted tracks automatically go to the next Round.
If Multiple tracks are tied for 3rd place.  They may also move to the next round or the host may break the tie.
The Top 2 Voted tracks from each round will automatically be included in the Creator Finals/Verified+ Showcase at the end of the season.  Top voted tracks from creators finals earn the title of GCCC Verified.

Event Rules
Please follow all GCCC Rules and Etiquette
No Killing of Crew Members.
Race clean if a track is run with Contact On.
If using a Blacklisted Vehicle. Wait before the finish line to let those using Non-Blacklisted vehicles finish first.  You may cross the line after all non-blacklisted vehicles have finished or when the DNF countdown timer starts.
Please Play all tracks or Watch all Videos before Voting.
You may vote for your own track.  But please only do so if you think it deserves it and at least vote for a couple of others that deserve it as well.
Poll will be open for one week after event.

Season 18 Blacklisted Vehicles*.
Don't use any vehicle highlighted in Red.  Vehicles highligted in Blue are recommended. 
Off-Road: No 2-Wheel Motorcycles (Use any 4+ Wheel Off-Roader)
Supers: All Super Cars except (Use only Sultan RS, Bullet or Voltic)
Sports: No Pariah or Itali GTO (Rally cars recommended)
Sports Classics: No Turismo or Cheetah Classic (Retinue, Savestra recommended)
Sedans: All Schafter variants (Warrener recommeded)
Motorcycles: All Top End Street-Sport Bikes (e.g. Bati's, Akuma, Hakuchou's, Double-T, Carbon RS, Defiler, Vortex, Shotaro, Ruffian, Diabolous, FCR1000's, Lectro, Nightblade, Sanctus etc.)(Use Dirt Bikes e.g. BF400, Sanchez, Manchez, Cliffhanger, Gargoyle, Enduro, Blazer, Esskey etc.)
*Blacklisted vehicles don't apply to Transform races.  Use anything you want in a Transform race.

Restricted Vehicles
Creators are encouraged to restrict there tracks to suitable Rally/Off-Road themed vehicles.  Please remove all blacklisted vehicles listed above.  This makes the event run smoothly so hosts don't have to give instructions on what vehicles are blacklisted during the event and ensures no players accidentally or intentionally pick a blacklisted vehicle.  Tracks set to open will generally be ran in a class that doesn't have any blacklisted vehicles.  Customs will be used if there are enough vehicle choices that include something that most players own. Tracks restricted to one or few vehicles that only a minority of the players own will be ran with customs off.  To make the event more enjoyable for all,  Players are encouraged to own a custom vehicle in a variety of classes and pace levels (for example a fast, mid, and slow pace Rally/Off-Road vehicle in each class). 

Race Submissions
All tracks must be Off-Road/Rally inspired tracks containing some Dirt sections. 
Pure Race style tracks only.  No Mega Stunts, Rock-Crawling or Skill Challenges.  Sensible Jumps are Okay but No Spirals or Wallrides.  No Modded Props.
Must be able to complete track in under 8 Minutes.
30 Player jobs preferred.  under 30 player jobs will be played on there own or placed in a 2nd playlist with other jobs under 30 players.
All submitted tracks will be tested before event to determine suitability.

Pre-Lobby Car Meet
Each week there will be a location and theme for those in the Pre-Lobby to meet and show off there themed rides and take snapmatics and videos to share.  Location and theme will be selected before the event.  Find the host on the map or listen for details broadcasted on mic.  Be on your best behavior at car meets.  Use no weapons and don't do anything that will attract the Police.  Please share suggestions for future meets to the hosts.  Check latest round in posts below for this weeks car meet.
