I made a video how to fix XA21.
I wrote an explanation in English on my video, but it may be strange English since I'm not good at English, try decipher it. And I'm glad if someone share this video (and this post) to as many players as possible. hirohiro2245 already streamed how to fix XA21 on January 1st, 2019. He explains in Japanese, but the display in the game is English. Even if you don't understand Japanese, you can understand what he is doing. This is not a solution, it's like first aid.

When I participated in the event in the normal version on Dec 8th 2018 (UK time), there was nothing wrong with XA21. But when I hosted the same PL for Re: run event in the Japanese version on Dec 12th 2018, XA21 was already broken. Problem of XA21 probably happened with the update between 8th to 12th.
hirohiro2245 and I thoroughly compared each other's custom of XA21. For confirmation, we also verified all parts that did not matter as a result.
After we researched how to fix XA21, I reported it to some creators who have lots of XA21 jobs. Community too. But recently I was disappointed to notice that many players have forgotten it. I hoped
fix XA21 and I was waiting new big update, but they didn't fix it in this Casino update.
Many players may have already sent reports to. But will probably not fix XA21. It is over 7 months. I should not have waited.
So it would be better to do what we can. No problem if you already know how to fix, I just want to reduce the players who do not know about this. Not for creators only, not for racers only, this is a post for everyone.
For example, in the Japanese version and the normal version, sometimes the performance of Osiris, T20, etc. differs. It's not always. Until now, when we noticed this change, Japanese players who play both have adjusted the control method every time. This is normal for us Japanese players, and it does not affect players who play only the normal version. But about XA21, it's a common problem for all of us GTA5 players.
We have tested in the Japanese version, and after that I have tested in the normal version, and the problem has not yet recurred in our XA21 which has been fixed this way.
And to creators who have XA21 jobs, also to other creators. Please write how to fix XA21 on your job description. I want you to write in your language, such as French, Portuguese etc. Not English only. Please let me know to friends in your country. If creators wrote for the description, everyone can know earlier than I post like this I think.

I felt that the car performance was slightly different in free sessions and jobs. After fixing your XA21, try it with your favorite job. I hope you can feel again the beauty and smoothness of the jobs created by many creators.
I like XA21 jobs the most, and I wanted the creators who create XA21 jobs to continue creating. That's why I just wanted to do what I could.
