Commissioners & Retirements 15
GCCC continues to evolve, as we strive to "Create, Share & Play" with plenty of commissioner changes over the last few months it's time to give the retirees the send-off they deserve and welcome our newest commissioners properly. Many of these promotions and retirements may be old news to many of you, but GCCC wants to give you the (belated) welcome and send-off you deserve! (The next set of promotions and demotions probably won't take over 6 months to announce

New Commissioners
The most devoted new souls earn their rank by creating epic events and highlights, sharing reviews and streams as well as playing other crew members jobs and being helpful members of the creator community.
GCCC aims to be as inclusive as possible. If you’re looking to get that promotion, start up a unique event (or re-run an existing event with the current host’s permission), share some reviews and spread the positivity. Get involved in the diverse events we run on every platform (PS3 topic, PS4 topic) – the playlists are made by the host but the action is made by you.
PS4 Promotions

GCCC Commissioners welcome the happiest Bahrainian into our ranks. He has hosted the monthly "Freestyle World" (Parkour event), has taken recently taken over hosting ever immersive "First Person Friday" and has been brightening up Crew events far longer with his positive attitude and cheerful demeanour. You're sure to hear his cheerful laugh, at least for a little while, as he dances in and out of lobbies in the seemingly endless dance with his lag

As a long-serving Commissioner on PS3, the Howard Marks lookalike mrniice hosts Let's Have A Hoot every Saturday and since coming over to PS4 has taken on the mantle of assisting in admin roles as well as recently taking over hosting Racewars every Sunday and co-hosting the monthly Creator's Spotlight with Dr_Geo . Even helpful with crew admin there's no false advertising with his username.

A long-serving Commissioner on PS3, since the move to PS4 @waynerzas has been hosting/ co-hosting events for some time and has finally been rewarded with a well-deserved promotion. A regular participant and streamer in most events, @waynerzas is well known to all and his dedication to GCCC is unparalleled. Host of Thirsty For More and Can You Build It? and co-host of Pure Race Showcase, Mini Meet and World Off-Road Championship as well as helping to host or co-host many other events - we don't know what we would do without him.
Retirements
Even our commissioners are human (although it's sometimes it's easy to forget with all the effort they put into the crew) and occasionally need a break, want to pursue other interests or find other things getting in the way (you've got to pay for all that electricity to game somehow). Their work has made GCCC what it is today and it is on there shoulders we'll continue to build GCCC to be something even better!
PS4 Retirements
BlackDaemon82 (PS4 only)
Stepping back from his role as a Commissioner on PS4, BlackDaemon82 stays on as Crew Leader of the PS3 Crew. A welcome and reasoned voice in Commissioner discussions, we are sorry to say farewell, but it's okay he's not going too far.

Our resident chaos creator with the highly popular "Bangers N Mash" is sadly forced to step down. A "Senior" commissioner with a strong sensible voice and one our friendliest crew members really embodying the relaxed spirit of GCCC over his time as commissioner. The door will remain wide open for him!

Our second happiest Bahrianian (narrowly pipped for first place by hassoon-hh/BRZ2J) takes a step down. The most polite deathmatch assassin GTA has known showcasing the crew's epic combat creations with "Deathstroke" and even finding time to help with the crew admin throughout.

One of our longest serving Senior Commissioners, Crew admins and moderators, mrmellow has been a vital part of Commissioner discussions and Crew administration for years. Instrumental in our transition from the old Crew forums to here on ProBoards, in getting the site running smoothly and being the voice of reason behind the scenes keeping the crew ticking over smoothly. It is with a heavy heart, but plenty of happy memories and warm wishes, that we bid good fortune to him in the future!

Stepping back from co-hosting Raceday Wednesday, HALC_187 has decided to just host one event in his own Crew as real-life commitments take their toll on his free time. He has been a long-serving Commissioner here on PS4 and has contributed to making GCCC the quality Crew that it is. Good luck for the future.

Stepping down as co-host of Old School Saturday and back from spending so much time on GTA. At least the chances of a race win have gone up slightly, but hopefully, he'll still come back to win the odd playlist now and then. The top of the playlist board won't be quite the same.
