Live Stream

A bit late, but I went through the stream and noticed the West Vinewood respawn-glitch. It causes the player to respawn in West Vinewood, regardless of spawn point. Currently, I don't think anyone knows what or how is this caused, but all that is known is that this glitch has been happening since Smuggler's Run was released and is happening to only a select amount of captures.

EDIT: Just read the top of the OP that says a similar thing, move along ;P

Anyway, here are my thoughts on the jobs:

Playlist A:

Skyfire by Mr. Echo (1 round)
- I like the idea, but I think it would be better if the teams would be reduced, as one of the teams can just easily do a fly-by and grab one quickly i.e. grab a case, jump off and then drive away without much of a fight. Also, I think the number of cases should be reduced to allow for more of a fight for the cases. It seems like people are just flying around and grabbing cases without actually fighting each other for the cases. As for the Buzzards and Homing Launchers, I think they're fine since the ammo count for the Homing Launcher is quite small.

Cops'n Crooks Classic I by Zorvaine (1 round = 20 minutes)
- I've had a lot of discussion with Zorvaine regarding this map and I think it is quite fine the way it is, but the idea was thrown out that people should spawn in vehicles and/or the traffic density should be increased. I see that the density was increased since we last played, but it seems that there is still quite a huge advantage if someone gets a single kill rendering them useless.

I believe this is due to the fact that Los Santos is such a large scale map and the vehicles were adjusted to be much more mobile than the classic GTA IV, where the map was much more compact and vehicles were more sluggish i.e. it was much easier to catch up to vehicles in GTA IV (where the classic "spawning on the street" worked) while in GTA V it is much harder. Anyway, back on-topic...

However, given the circumstances of how the map played out in the video, I would like to give the map a try later on to see how it played it since it looked like it was so one-sided in the video.

Xtreme Hill Challenge #1 by loftonian
- I think the hill is too steep causing people to jump instead which looks tedious. Also, I think the amount of vehicles should be reduced, but made bigger, so there is a more of a feeling of an "impending doom". The width of the hill could be shortened as well to cause people to be close to each other making it feel claustrophobic and create more tension between the teams of who will survive. The hill could also use some refining on the edges as it looks a bit unclean.

Hotwire! - Downtown by atheistsw (1 round)
- I love the idea behind the map, but I think amount of capture vehicles should be reduced to 2, so one vehicle for each of the Salvas and Armenians. There was not much conflict and fighting for the vehicles and I think this should solve those issues. Alternatively, you could also restrict routes to create a choke point while driving to the bases (but I see you already have used some props, so I am unsure if you even have the capacity for that). If only Rockstar allowed for a checkpoint system that would force capture vehicles to be driven along a certain route :/

NORTON'$ MAN$ION by SLOBBER--DOG
- Pretty well done map, but waaaay too many capture cases. People can just walk in, grab a case, then drive away and deliver. Rinse and repeat. Therefore, I suggest reducing the amount so people fight for the cases and create more destruction and havoc

Playlist B:

Planes Trains Automobiles by o_ManOfFire_o
- The idea is nice, but the Hydra's weaponry is causing too much death (the other team barely got any cases). Maybe make the tunnel longer, but change the vehicle to an Annihilator or something similar? Also, this job would look great with the new custom stunt props, as the barges look quite out of place

Get out of my swamp! by Tesseractor
- Can't comment because the job was not played in the stream (Thanks Rockstar).

Contend: Robbing the Man by agrajag
- I don't have much comments other than saying that it's a good map, but the ramps could be made flatter, and cover could be added to allow for combat to occur on them. Job affected by "West Vinewood respawn-glitch".

The Gauntlet by enigmatim
- Good idea, but I think you should just put the case in the beginning of the race near the cars, or make it capture vehicles instead. Alternatively, I would add cover around the current capture cases so people will have to go in and fight rather than just stop, get out, get in, drive away. If you do go for cases in the beginning / capture vehicle, make it like 2 or 3 vehicles that the teams have to meet at before they get on the ramps, and then think about adding guns to take out the driver. Also, I love the vehicle choice, adds comedy to a already difficult challenge of driving through the ramps.

Biohazard Assault by Zorvaine (1 round = 4 teams, 20 minutes)
- It's been a while since I last played this, but in the stream it looked like it was a decent map. I think there was a decent amount of conflict because of the limited amount of cases. This caused teams to "band together" and try to attack the one team with the most cases, and then those teams would fight amongst each other after claiming the cases. Job affected by "West Vinewood respawn-glitch".

CluelessMuffin , thanks for the review. I've decreased the amount of capture object and increased the target score, so now there'll be more of a fight. agrajag , did you set a respawn area? For my job I didn't see anything unusual regarding the respawn places, but I did place respawn areas and have set respawn vehicles so maybe only captures without respawn areas are affected. This is just my thought.
