A fun night of racing and, on a personal note, one of my more consistent event performances, with a top 6 finish achieved on the majority of tracks.  Most of these tracks were new to me as they were un-tested submissions but for the most part they were great! Also we managed to have a successful Italian car meet in the picturesque surroundings of the Rehab Centre, even a poorly-placed air-strike failed to ruin this exotic multi-million dollar ensemble!  

Spaghetti Junction by barfy86

Lots of tight left-hand hairpins in this race based around the flyovers south of the city. Good layout but perhaps my choice of 'Supercars' was ill-advised as they were a HUGE handful to get around this tight and technical track and more than once their sheer speed lead to some impromptu airtime and severe loss of time resetting after falling off the edge!  

Enduropale Du Procopio 15 by owenoldskool

A classic off-road trail, the description mentioned Kalahari's so I set it to off-road for a change, thinking it would be locked to a stock vehicle... unfortunately not, all vehicles were available, including the dirt bikes, so most people (myself included) opted for the two-wheeled option. Would have won the race but was thwarted on laps 2 and 4 by the same damned rock on the final corner, it's partially obscured by a bush and no matter how many times I race this one it always finds a way to screw me over lol! If at all possible can you place a small sign or something similar on top of it so its position is a little more visible?

[PS4] Compact Skillz by some12hate

Lovely little layout for compact cars but in choosing a Panto I managed to royally screw myself and finished way down the pecking order. Chief issue was collisions with the tyre walls which were like kryptonite to my miniature tonka toy, also problematic a severe case of understeer! Not sure why I struggled so much as mandibleclaw157 won the race using his Panto!

Great layout with some smooth propping to line the corners, ran this in the default setting of 'Sports Classics' and it worked a treat, although as expected the Stirling GT's dominated! Final corner is still as punishing as ever and it caugh many out, including the normally unflappable barfy86, who messed it up on the final lap and allowed me to pip him for 5th at the death!

Airport Convention by cuz05

A super-fast and tremendously well propped layout at the airport, this is one of my favourite examples in the location and its flowing nature always leads to close and hard-fought racing contests. I opted to give my re-designed Elegy RH8 a run out and while it handled admirably on the corners it lost ground on the straights. :-( That said, the top 6 racers were ALL driving different cars, so this is undoubtedly a very well balanced race for the 'Sports' class.

Normally a master of complex stunt races, oakesfresh tries his hand at a GP track and the result is a superb race around familiar parts of the city enhanced by recently added propping which inspires new uses of the full prop-rotation we are now afforded. I particularly like the hairpin turn which is propped fabulously with grandstands and is a really tricky but rewarding section of the track where time can be made up if you nail it just right. oakes took on board my feedback from a previous version and made an already excellent race even better.

Rally X - The Bridge by atheistsw

This was the result of my first play about with creator 2.0 and i'm pretty happy with what I made, I love the fact that the outline of the bridge is visible from the distance on the dirt approach and IMHO it's clear that a sharp turn is necessary to get onto the bridge by the propping I have used. I will look to tweak that final corner though, it can definitely do with an extra barrier to prevent corner-cutting!

The Vinewood Spin by Frezyys

A really solid track this one, great propwork throughout helps to define corners and protect poles, with a well chosen route that takes in some of the trickier sections of Rockford whilst still affording opportunities to open up the throttle! Raced in 'Supercars' this one requires maximum concentration to succeed and I was happy to largely maintain my focus for a top 4 finish in my beloved Osiris. 

Brawler Mountain by jameznash

Ouch! This was a tough route, but very enjoyable nonetheless! The downhill section was kind of manic and it was a real struggle keeping the powerful rear-wheel drive Brawler in a straight line but the worst was the uphill ascent which seemed to cause some major slowdown of my vehicle although didn't affect others who were passing me! Very strange...

Really nicely laid out circuit that suited the slower paced 'Coupe' class well. The Zion's were right at home on this fast, wide open track layout and despite my best efforts in the Felon it couldn't quite catch them up, losing ground in some of the tight but wide corners that it insisted on fishtailing through while the Zion remained glued to the floor!

Pillbox Speedway by nittydon

Admittedly, this wasn't quite what I envisioned from the title and truthfully it wasn't quite RaceWars suitable, but even so, with contact and slipstream on it was still a lot of fun!  Slight issue with the checkpoints, particularly the one that's at the west end of the course in the middle of the road, meaning you can't actually go around the banked corner!

Autopia Park by thatguy11m

Really liked the general layout of this one, although truthfully, the propwork and checkpointing could use some work. There's a savage bump just before a right-hander early on that can cause cars to overshoot all over the place, some signs and/or barriers here would be useful as the corner is a little blind over the crest! There are a few other parts where the checkpoints are a little too far off the apex point and additionally I would replace the grey concrete barriers you have used to protect some of the poles with the much more visible red and white variety.

Cypress Circuit by jcast39

Works very well in Sedans, lots of 90 degree turns but largely wide enough to be suitable for contact racing if desired. Did notice what appeared to be an invisible prop near the crossover section by the troublesome railway crossing, I saw both James and somebody else come to a sudden and unexpected halt here which temporarily allowed me to enjoy the lead... for about 5 seconds! Track design is nice, only thing I would change is the final CP which is a little misleading first time round, if possible place it so it's on the apex of the final turn, this may mean a slight re-jig with other checkpoints in the vicinity though. 

Street Demonz by dillono

I opted to run this using 'Muscle' class and it worked pretty well.  I like the layout you've chosen, although a couple of parts (like the 90 degree left-hander onto the freeway onramp) could use some additional propping for visibility purposes. The final section of the track let's it down a bit however. The cut through the alleyway seems unecessary and the barrier is poorly placed at a 90 degree angle which is extremely unforgiving but also not very good for visibility. I would recommend eschewing the alleyway cut in favour of continuing up this road and around. Finally, the jumps used at the end are too large. I understand the thinking behind them, but the large ramps send you far too high and ruin the flow towards the critical end of the lap. If you must use ramps here please change them to the smallest variety as they will be ample to avoid potential cross-traffic collisions in contact races.

City Lights by drrockso26

A delightfully compact circuit to finish, which I ran on 'Motorcycles' and worked a treat! Part of the track feels like the route from bellyfluff's classic 'Racing Line - Pheonix' but it is stretched and extended down the hills into the upper parts of Rockford as well. On bikes it's a fast, fluid and hugely fun experience with a tremendous sense of speed throughout, with 4 wheeled vehicles it will no doubt prove to be a more technical challenge. I also really like how care has been taken to make sure the night setting works with the uses of lights etc to enhance the drivers vision, helping to create a authentic after-dark street race feel to proceedings.

I completely forgot about that one turn. I think I meant to put props by it but I must of been busy doing something else. Will fix it for sure and also will remove the alleyway, that was my bad attempt at making the race more varied in terms of locations. Also IIRC I put the huge ramps there for people playing with traffic on so the train doesn't ruin the flow.
