GCCC Presents the World Off-Road Championship, Season 5.
A Bi-Weekly Multi-Crew Event open to GCCC, Affiliates and Race Crews.
2 Hours of Crew Submitted Off-Road and Rally Inspired Races.
GCCC Member Jobs get priority.  But jobs from non-crew members will be accepted.
Providing a Best Lap Time Tournament each season for those that Qualify.
There will be 6 Rounds with 12 tracks per round.  Laps being set to around 6 minutes per track.
All tracks will be raced in Non-Contact for Time Trial purposes.
A Special Creators Finals follows after Round 6.  Showcasing the top voted tracks from the season.

Event Time
This Round: Tuesday, January 31st, 2017.
European Event: Hosted by Dr_Geo & theicide @ 7PM GMT (11AM PST/2PM EST)
American Event: Hosted by theicide & coachwargo @ 7PM PST/10PM EST (Wed. 3AM GMT)
Add the hosts on PSN and join lobby through party chat "GCCC OffRoad/Rally Event Portal" to get priority invites.
A 4 Crew Pre-Lobby opens 30 Minutes prior @ European: 6:30 PM GMT / American: 6:30 PM PST.
Invites to playlist go out 5 minutes prior to start time.
Free-Aim Settings may be used for better connectivity.

Event Format
12 Races across 2 Playlists.
Laps set to around 6 minutes per track.
Each event should last around 2 hours.
Up to 30 players can join.
All tracks will be set to Non-Contact for Time Trial purposes.
Noon & Clear Weather will be used unless creator has the track set otherwise.
Custom vehicles will generally be used.  Some Tracks will have Customs Off when suitable vehicles are locked.
Host will use Default Class or change to a Suitable Class to keep the playlists varied.  See playlist below for settings to be used.
Settings for both European and American events will be the same to ensure fair lap times when combined.  
Points are awarded to qualified players based off of Best Lap Times and not your finishing position.
Poll voting will be used to determine the best tracks from each round.
Top 3 Voted tracks will move to the next round.
Returning Tracks to 2nd round will be set to Rain.  Returning tracks to 3rd or more Rounds will be played in another Class.
Top 4 Voted tracks will also be nominated for the Pure Race Showcase.  To compete against the Top Voted tracks from RaceWars.

Creator Finals
Each of the 6 Rounds will have a Poll to pick your top 4 favorite tracks.
Top 3 Voted tracks automatically go to the next Round.
If Multiple tracks are tied for 3rd place.  They will also move to the next round.
The #1 Voted track from each round will automatically be included in the Creator Finals at the end of the season.  Top voted tracks from the season will compete against each other to be crowned the Best Track of the season.

Event Rules
Please follow all GCCC Rules and Etiquette
No Killing of Crew Members.
No Glitched/Invisible Clothing during playlists.
Race clean if a track is run with Contact On.
If using a Blacklisted Vehicle. Wait before the finish line to allow Slower Non-Blacklisted vehicles to finish before the countdown DNF timer starts.
Please Play all tracks or Watch all Videos before Voting.
You may vote for your own track.  But please only do so if you think it deserves it and at least vote for a couple of others that deserve it as well.
Poll will close the following Tuesday.

Points System
Points are awarded to all Qualified Finishers with additional points to the Top 10 Fastest Lap Times.
You must not use a blacklisted vehicle and participate in at least 5 Races to Qualify for points.
Results from both the European and American Events will be combined to determine the Best Lap Times.
You may attend both events to improve your chances.  If you attend both events.  The best of the two lap times will be used.
Below is a list of Blacklisted Vehicles that are Strongly Discouraged for using during the event and also dis-qualify you from receiving points on the track used.  If you must use a Blacklisted vehicle.  Don't finish the race until the first Non-Blacklisted vehicle crosses the line.  Doing so will result in -6 Point Penalty for causing the DNF Countdown timer to start before the back of the pack using Non-Blacklisted vehicles are able to finish.
 
Season 5 Blacklisted Vehicles.
Don't use any vehicle highlighted in Red.  Vehicles highligted in Blue are recommended.
Off-Road: No BF400 or Sanchez (except when locked)
Supers: All Super Cars except (Use only Sultan RS, Bullet or Voltic)
Sedans: All Schafter variants.
Motorcycles: All Top End Street-Sport Bikes (e.g. Bati's, Akuma, Hakuchou's, Double-T, Carbon RS, Defiler, Vortex, Shotaro, Ruffian, Diabolous, FCR1000's, Lectro, Nightblade, Sanctus etc.)(Use Dirt Bikes e.g. BF400, Sanchez, Manchez, Cliffhanger, Gargoyle, Enduro, Blazer, Esskey etc.)

Points for The Top 10 Fastest Lap Times.
1st: 12 Points
2nd: 10 Points
3rd: 9 Points
4th: 8 Points
5th: 7 Points
6th: 6 Points
7th: 5 Points
8th: 4 Points
9th: 3 Points
10th: 2 Points
All Other Qualified Finishers: 1 Point
DNF: Did Not Finish Race: 0 Points
DNQ: Did Not Qualify by not participating in at least 5 Races: 0 Points for the whole event.
DQ: Dis-Qualified for using a Blacklisted Vehicle: 0 Points
-6: -6 Points Penalty for finishing a Race in a Blacklisted vehicle before the 1st Non-Blacklisted vehicle crosses the line.

Race Submissions
All tracks must be Off-Road/Rally inspired tracks containing some Dirt sections. 
Pure Race style tracks only.  No Mega Stunts, Rock-Crawling or Skill Challenges.
Must be able to complete track in under 8 Minutes.
Must be close to 30 Players.
All submitted tracks will be tested before event to determine suitability.
