Season 4 Top Voted Track Creation
Congratulations to masapy072 for the top voted track of Season 4, Paleto Bay Rally X.  It's been the top voted track for the last 5 consecutive rounds.  This well built rallycross track located in Paleto Bay.  Features a nice mix of on and off-road sections.  Smooth transitions between dirt and tarmac.  Route has great flow throughout.  Great looking propping throughout.  Joker lap is clearly marked and easy to navigate using secondary checkpoints.  Works well in any class.  Great job and look forward to future off-road creations by Masapy072.

Season 5 Changes

Thanks to everyone that participated in Season 4 and sharing your awesome creations.  I think Season 4 has been the best season so far for World Off-Road Championship.  Attendance has grown and Off-Road/Rally Creations have improved greatly.  I look forward to Racing with you all and sharing your creations in Season 5.  Keep those creations coming and share any good Off-Road/Rally tracks you think are suitable for the event to the Submission Thread.  Off-Road and Rally tracks continue to be a niche category.  Finding good quality tracks for each event is few and far between.  I appreciate any help in sharing creations to keep this event a success.

I'm Proposing a change to the points to broaden the points to more players and to cut down on tied points.  Instead of giving points to the Top 5 Best Lap times, I will increase it to the Top 10 Best Laps times.  Still will continue to give 1 point to all other qualified finishers.  0 Points to those that use a blacklisted vehicle, DNF or not participating in at least 5 races.  I also would like to add a penalty to those that use a blacklisted vehicle and finish before the first non-blacklisted vehicle that crosses the finish line.  When a few blacklisted OP vehicles finish first.  It starts the countdown timer and causes a few players at the back of the pack not using a blacklisted vehicle to get a DNF.  I've noticed this being a issue especially with Sedans.  When half the lobby is using Schafters and causing a good amount of the slower sedans to not be able to finish the race.  I propose the host will encourage those that are using a blacklisted vehicle to wait for the first non-blacklisted vehicle to cross the finish before crossing the line.  This should ensure the rest of the lobby will be able to finish the race before the countdown timer ends.  Those that don't comply will get a 6 point penalty or maybe it should be 12 points.  I would like to hear your thoughts.  Here's the new point system I'm proposing.
Fastest Lap Points;
1st: 12 points
2nd: 10 Points
3rd: 9 Points
4th: 8 Points
5th: 7 Points
6th: 6 Points
7th: 5 Points
8th: 4 Points
9th: 3 Points
10th: 2 Points
All other Finishers: 1 Point
Did Not Finish: 0 Points
Did Not Qualify: 0 Points for not participating in at least 5 races.
Dis-Qualified: 0 Points for using a blacklisted vehicle.
Penalty: -6 Points for Finishing in a blacklisted vehicle before the first non-blacklisted vehicle crosses the line.

Here's the Current Blacklisted vehicles.  Propose any changes you would like to see.  I keep debating if the Sports class should only be limited to Rally Cars.  But the Omnis/Tropos seem to be pretty competitive on off-road tracks with the OP cars like the Massacro and Elegy.
Off-Road: (No Sanchez & BF400) (except when locked)
Supers: All Supercars except (use only Sultan RS, Bullet or Voltic)
Sedans: No Schafter or Schafter V12
Motorcycles: No Street Bikes (e.g. Bati, Akuma, Hakuchou, Double-T, Carbon RS, Defiler, Vortex, Shotaro, Diabolous, Ruffian etc.) (use dirt bikes e.g. BF400, Sanchez, Enduro, Blazer, Gargoyle, Cliffhanger, Manchez etc.)

Thanks for the stream, geo! I enjoyed watching it from start to end! Wish I was better in racing so that I could join you guys - but it's pure stress for my ole bones and keeps me shaky, lol.
