Thanks Stronk and everyone. Great event, a lot of fun. Sorry we didn't dress up, but we didn't pre arrange joining, we just got invites on the night, so weren't aware or too late regarding dresscode.

Such a shame the option to turn off custom vehicles seemed unavailable, more Rockstar shenanigans to love . A fine simple Kickstart(one for the older players )  race. Only problem was the 3rd CP only respawned you in a good position to progress every 3rd or 4th time. It ideally needs a larger platform there, or the CP moving backwards a metre.

Umm yeah, very hard to be constructive and honest. I've played a few down the mines and once the novelty of the unusual/restricted area wears off you're usually just left with very little value gameplay-wise because there's usually no real options, you're just meat in a machine in this location. With this one I spent half the 10minute duration running miles the wrong way to meet dead ends and the other half running into a team with an apparently never ending supply of sticky bombs. If it'd just been hatchets it would have been a jolly lowbrow melee mash, which is absolutely fine and the aimless running wouldn't have been so bad. It might have been more fun if you were lucky enough to find some stickies, but I didn't and because of that I found it miserable and troll (and not in the funny thematic way - what with being in a hole etc).
EDIT: having seen other player footage now, I feel I should add this. I honestly had NO IDEA there was anything more to the job than a couple of lights in a tunnel. While my experience was obviously what it was still, just that, it seems like the problem may just be that I never spawned in more interesting areas or managed to find/reach them.

Thank you. Just the perfect climax to the playlist. The monsters were great fun and I appreciated how scalable they were. It's naturally great TDM area of course and you only added positively to that solid base. The only thing i would have liked to have seen was a little more neutralizing of annoying pre existing floor props. It's annoying while exchanging fire with someone to suddenly not be able to move because of crap around your feet. It wasn't from anything you added, but having the awareness and taking the time to find ways to eliminate this problem is often what takes a job from great to sublime, imo. But yeah, loved it.

blimey, a lot to unpack here. Build first - cool dino. Only complaint was i did fall down inside one of the front legs and was trapped until i remembered the kill yourself option in the touch menu. I would also say the head worked visually more than practically. It might seem daft to say, but liked the generous back area too. Weapon-wise, I echo jimbob9699 , the weapons weren't ideal. Personally I don't really care about the theme too much, game play is much more important to me. I think bats and (reg)grenades is usually okay as the throw animation does give a guy with a bat time to change direction and good chance to avoid the explosion. But in this location the grenades didn't have the range I would have liked. You couldn't throw them up levels and the area is so wide you couldn't throw them between the levels and the dino. Even though I'm not a fan of melee, I think I would have preferred just melee and a much tighter spawn area (bottom and one tier only) with 1 machine pistol on the dino's head. That would have given the option of more intense melee action at the base or playing storm the dinosaur (perhaps duplicating and having two dinos!).

I think this was a great 'race' spoiled by the 'GTA' prefix. That's all I can really say, because when I wasn't being blown up or failing to blow other people up, i really liked riding the track.

Loved this. I made a soggy RnG map myself recently, with much smaller waves. But this was an inspired spot to do this. Just perhaps missing a few stacks of rocks like some of the other maps had to offer a bit more cover.

I love the map Grit. So I loved playing this. the huts were perhaps a bit too widespread as most of the action happened inside their circumference. It would have been nice if they were more central to the action and not just dressing. Also the weapons were wrong imo - shoulda been just Eagles and Pump shotguns on the floor, and micro-SMGs or machine pistols on the huts for some short-lived reward for climbing.

Map of the night imo, just a small bit ahead of Jurasic Trailer Park, but sooo different in style. Just great pistol/pump action with some tear gas for giggles. A+ from me IF you ditched the OP AP.
