agrajag: Smooth Killing (kind of) includes 4 combat and 2 objective based jobs each week. Captures aren't really created anymore and LTS have been partially replaced by Deathmatches allowing limited lives and many other modifier settings now. Aug 6, 2024 19:56:17 GMT

agrajag: No old jobs are fine (you just won't be able to update them). The only exception is if you updated during a 2 week (ish) period when Rockstar changed them into blue barriers. Nov 20, 2024 15:14:28 GMT

GCCC's Got Talent 21!

Wednesday June 22nd
11.15pm BST/UTC+1, 6.15pm EDT, 3.15pm PDT.

A weekly, best of GCCC event! On your PS4 every Wednesday, straight after/before Raceday Wednesday! Featuring the top voted job's from previous week's events; C.Y.B.I., Grindhouse, Honor Among Thieves, Newest Stunts, PairKill, Purge, Raceday Wednesday, Racewars, Smooth Killing, The Stunting Line and Vanquish. Each will provide high quality jobs for the event! Any spaces will be filled with a GCCC verified job, ensuring an incredible line-up of jobs each week!

Format

This weeks event will be played in two playlist's of four jobs each. Playlist two invite's will come immediately after playlist one ends. There will be five minute wait in playlist lobby (min) to no longer than a fifteen minute wait (max), to ensure no-one gets kicked for being idle.

How To Join

Crew lobby OPEN from 11.15pm BST / UTC+1, 6.15pm EDT, 3.15pm PDT:

There will be a four crew only lobby, from 11.15pm at the latest. Wear the correct crew tag please! Join this lobby for priority invites!
Join Mandible_Claw- through the PSN menu or Rockstar's menu. Add as a PSN friend with a message of intent to join the event.
Join through the PSN party chat portal (GCCC's Got Talent Event Portal). Please leave the party portal once your in the lobby, to leave space for others players to enter!
Keep an eye on the Rockstar Social Club crew page for regular updates.

Playlist invites sent out from 11.55pm BST/UTC+1:

Look out for invites on your GTA phone from 11.55pm.
The playlist will be launched at 12.10am at the latest.
Use any of the methods above to join the action.
You may receive PSN invites from many crew members all at once.

Ahh it is a modded job? I've been away for the past six weeks so I'm unaware of the jobs I've been placing into the playlists. Although I've been looking at them on social club and the forum when compiling the event. The reason its a bonus job is because its only for sixteen players. Although thanks for this information HiddenSaint27 , I'll be removing the job as our stance for modded jobs goes against having it included in the event.

Apologies UniqueAsh for the lack of deathmatch. I'm very disappointed also, although with only one deathmatch event it makes sense. We have two captures and a lts this week so hopefully there'll be enough reloading to keep the trigger finger happy :-)

HiddenSaint27 i fully understand on the modded map view. I loved the map by Johnny and it was actually a really good fun deathmatch. I even voted for it i believe and bookmarked but it was a modded map so it does seem kinda unfair on other creators i don't mind but i totally understand the views on it.

Great event last night with a really nice mixture of jobs.

My top 3 and mini reviews

1) LTS: Poltical ''Debate'' by agrajag
Good old fashioned shootout with great prop work to build a area of combat which ends up with some tense standoffs and some great fun both on the bottom and top floors. Its very nicely balanced and works great as a 4 team LTS set to two rounds. Working as a team is essential in this which is another reason i really enjoyed this job. Weapon placement and choice was spot on. This by far is one of my favourite LTS jobs of 2016. Excellently made LTS by Agra here
2) RallyCross [Rapid Faps] by jamiejohnward
Lovely Rally race that epped and flowed beautifully. I really enjoyed this race from start to finish. Awesome race Jamie.
3) +Donald Trump's Wall+ by HiddenSaint27
Ive seen lots of jobs made in this area of the map and most are huge amounts of fun, this was no different in that sense but what i really liked about this capture is how it engages you into these shootouts in the middle that can go one way or the other. You have to go in the middle to collect the bags so it forces you into these fun shootouts. The use of the assault SMG was also a really nice touch here, perfect for the job and location. Really enjoyed this capture.

Honourable mention
4) Shell Sharked #2 by ManOfFire
Not my favourite of the night but i did really enjoy it and i can tell you've but a lot of time, effort and testing into these seashark jobs so good on you mate, not easy to do with a seashark i know. This is my favourite in your series mainly because i like the route you picked and some of the jumps you made were different. Cool job
