GCCC continues to grow at a fantastic pace, but like any growing organisation we need rules to keep the chaos the right side of organised and enjoyable. As GTA online continues to evolve the rules will occasionally have the change to keep pace with the ever changing GTA universe so here's the most recent changes...
Main changes:
For most people these won't effect you but it's still a good idea to remind yourselves of our rules!
Main changes:
- Modded jobs (using mods to obtain extra props) won't be a instant kick offence; however they won't appear in any GCCC events, GCCC Verified or any polls in order to remain fair to the vast majority of creators who create without mods. It is also important to note that this does not change GCCC's stance towards game altering mods, and we do not actively encourage or support the use of mods. You do so at your own risk and could deem you've broken their Terms of Service and ban you from GTA online.
sayAnd we couldn't agree more so that's precisely how we'll act too. Anyone we seeks to gain a advantage, disrupt gameplay or grief over ANY player will be banned from GCCC.Our primary focus is on protecting GTA Online against modifications that could give players an unfair advantage, disrupt gameplay, or cause griefing - We've simplified our rules around "modded" clothing. Everything except mask/ helmet/ glasses glitches will be considered modded clothing and will not be allowed in GCCC events as there's evidence that it effects game stability.
- All helmets (in addition to just bulletproof helmets) will be banned from combat events as they all effect how any headkills are required to kill a player, to some degree (however we'll use common sense e.g. in motorcycle capture jobs).
- Our rules on hosting have been made public. You need to be lieutenant (or above) in order to host, or receive help and permissions from one of our high ranking members. In this privileged position you're required to uphold the crew rules, make sure banned members are excluded and produce attendee lists. Sounds like a lot? We're actively seeking more people to help out our amazing hosts to make their jobs easier. See our PS4 host helper and PS3 host helper topics and you could be in with a chance at making your way up our ranks.
For most people these won't effect you but it's still a good idea to remind yourselves of our rules!
