Stage 6 San Andreas WRC (PS4) by Theicide
Stage 6 of this point-to-point World Rally Championship starts where Stage 5 ended on Mt. Haan Road.
Quickly heading down the windy mountain dirt road towards and through the Redwood Lights Track.
Then through Harmony and the Senora Desert towards and around the Bolingbroke Penitentiary and ending on Route 68.
Brawler Mountain by Jameznash
Off-road hill climb and descent loop locked to the Brawler.
Starting outside Harmony and heading up the mountain towards Galileo,
followed by a fast descent down a ravine with a natural crossover jump and through a narrow tunnel.
Loved the car-henge style wreckage placed throughout.
The route is spot on for the Brawler and checkpointing is well done.
I think you should also include the Injection, Bifta and Dune Buggy as stock vehicle choices, so custom Brawlers could be used.
I think the unpainted wood barriers at the top of the mountain would look better if replaced with buses laying on there side,
and using the roofs as smooth barriers instead. One of my favorite tracks.
St. Brigid Rally by AJBrewer
A fan favorite from round 5 returns for round 6.
This time done in the rain for some slippy slidey fun with muscles. See round 5 for further review.
1/2 WeTT N BaTHTUB BoUND! by Cliffherb
Morning showers in the Bathtub around Grapeseed.
The route is perfectly suited for the Kalahari, any other vehicle would be too big or too fast.
Loved the route and the inclusion of the narrow rickety wood bridge,
and I liked the default rain and morning settings.
There are some red/white tires stacks throughout that are intrusive and not kind if crashed into.
There is already enough farm clutter in this area and adding more props to crash into isn’t helpful.
I thought the tire lines would be an issue. But most can easily be driven over without causing any hangup.
The propping right before the narrow bridge needs reworking.
The fruit stand makes the corner blind and there are too many protruding small props that can cause you to get hung up.
it needs to be a long continuous smooth barriers right before the bridge. Nice job.
Rally-X [Muddy Thuds] by JamieJohnWard
Mixed surface rally along the Zancudo River, Calafia Road.
Featuring a big arched bridge across the Alamo Sea and locked to the stock Kuruma.
I loved the bridge, it’s beautifully built and smooth; and loved the rustic and original starting gate.
I think this track is more rally than rallycross.
It’s too long and open and covers too much area in my opinion to be considered a rallycross.
It is a great rally route though. I think locking it to the stock Kuruma is too restrictive.
There are many other vehicles that are well suited to this track.
At least include the Armored Kuruma as well so any custom sports cars could be used with customs turned on.
Liked the wreckage and hay bale propping.
The Log piles looked out of place in the desert and became obsolete once hit.
The altruist fence at CP-21 can brick you if hit it.
I think a smoother barrier and placed closer to the road would be a better more helpful prop there.
Overall a very nice rally track.
Zancudo Mixed Surface by Kidovey
Mixed surface rally around Zancudo Barranca. propped for night as well.
Liked the airport hut arch starting gate covered in green foliage and lights.
Nice mixed route of high speed tarmac and windy dirt roads.
Default class is supers but open to all supers. I think it should be restricted to the Sultan RS and one other slower super car.
So It can be a forced Sultan RS race when using stock cars.
But still allowing the ability to run a custom Sultan RS with customs on. Nice rally track.
The Lost Rallycross by WhiteyWhite
A fan favorite from round 5 returns for round 6. This time done in the rain and with muscles.
I like the improvements made since the previous round.
The pole near the end of the barges now has a warning arrow that renders quick enough to warn racers of the obstacle.
The concrete barriers along the right side around the corner have been extended for better protection.
The dynamic barriers upon the exit of the pit lane have been replaced with a non-destructive concrete barrier.
One of my favorite rallycross tracks. See round 5 for further review.
Birds and Trees by Josecastrejon3
Rally starting on route 68 in Harmony and looping through the countryside around the Redwood Lights Track.
Featuring additional tree propping for a more country experience.
Before the corner at CP-9 there are arrow tire barriers on the right of the road that I think are an added danger.
I would rather see some smooth barriers sweeping around the bend. Maybe use containers or barges.
I also think the Larry’s RV Dealer could be made into a nice pit lane right before the starting line.
Track works well in Supers. But I think it should be restricted to Sultan RS and one slower super car.
RedBullRally - Dune’s by Squidggy
A rally around the You Tool Store and the bumpy sand dune roads of the Senora Desert.
I loved the starting line made from airport huts. Nice visible propping throughout that defined the route well.
The double stacked concrete barriers looked really good are well built. Overall a very nice track.
Ron’s Rally Run by Cuzbien
The top voted track from round 5 returns for round 6. this time done in the rain with sports.
Which I thought worked well. See round 5 for further review.
Funding Gap by Agrajag
Great track title. A uniquely designed track with a mix of tarmac, dirt roads and barge bridges with gaps and jumps.
Loved the crossover jump. Jumping on and off some barges can be bit bumpy in some spots.
Mainly exiting the barge a checkpoint 9 onto the dirt is bumpy and hard to find a line that doesn’t through you off into the bushes.
Also that checkpoint can be missed if exiting the barge too far to the left. Which appears to be the smoothest route off the barges there.
I think 3 laps is to many laps and should be defaulted to 2 laps. It is locked to the SUV class only. But I think other classes would also work well.
Deadwood Swerve by AJBrewer
An intricate rally route outside Harmony in the Great Chaparral. Featuring AJ’s signature artfully placed wreckage propping.
That I’ve come to know and love about AJ’s rally tracks. And the cacti with bushes placed on top was very creative and cool looking.
I really enjoyed the route and has a nice pit lane.
You don’t see checkpoint 3 until you crest over the ridge. perhaps pulling it back a bit, will make it visible sooner.
Also checkpoint 4 can be missed at the apex. other than that, I can’t really find anything I don’t like. Overall a great track.
Rally Rebels by joeACdude43
Rally throughout Harmony and The Redwood Lights Track defaulted to night and SUV’s.
I liked the barges used to smooth the route through the Redwood Lights Track and the bridge exiting the track.
Generator lamps are placed throughout to aid nighttime visibility and define the route.
Some are laying on there sides to keep them low to the ground.
I suggest burying the generators into the ground, just leaving the lamps above ground.
Will look much cleaner. there are many red containers that are hard to see in the dark and can easily be hit.
The route can be cut at CP-13 avoiding the dirt section.
The route between CP-14 and 15 is hard to see the obstacles in the dark and the route is not well defined.
Needs some work to be suitable for night racing or just default it to day.
Lucky 7’s Rally-X by Theicide
Rallycross on and off the vinewood casino horse track. Featuring two crossover jumps and 4 small jumps on the race track.
Also a big barge bridge connecting the Dam road to the casino.
Joker lap and pit lane start at checkpoint 12 and loops around the casino car park connecting back to the track at checkpoint 13.
I think it works well in Sultan RS supers and sports and at night.
Grey Mare’s Tail by deejayb1874
Raton Canyon barge and dirt road lap race with some splish spashing and jumping.
Off-road class is locked to Brawler and monster trucks.
I think it works well in the Brawler and glad custom vehicles are available.
Starting grid is on barges and some had issues spawning at the start of the race.
I usually would hit the roof of the Brawler going underneath the bridge. But it didn’t really cause a problem. Just touch and go.
I loved splashing through the water and jumping up the waterfall. Short and fun track in the Brawler.
