Getting reviews is the key to refining your jobs into the most playable works of art possible. Sometimes though it proves tricky to get that feedback, particularly on LTS, DMs and captures which require a large number of players to get a impression of the job. From a reviewers point of view it's daunting to feel you have to review a whole event and may get tiring if you feel you get nothing in return, no matter how selfless you are. This thread provides the answer!
GCCC was founded on a 1:1 share principle - for every review received members were encouraged to review a job back in order to improve another crew members job. This way everyone's job would get better! Although we've relaxed from that this thread makes a return to those core principles - for every review received you should review someone else's job (although it doesn't have to be a return review to the same person). Remember every review you give you improves the job, therefore improving GCCC events and making the game more enjoyable = a win anyway. Now you'll also got your job improved too, which then improves GCCC events making the game more enjoyable for the whole crew; it's like a endless winning circle so join in!

Review rules
If your creation gets a bad review please don't get disheartened. Everyone's tastes are different and it's much better to be told the truth so you can learn from any mistakes and become a better creator
Active reviewers (around 20 a month) will get a nice shiny medal they can proudly display for their hardwork while the most active forum reviewer in the review section (submitting detailed constructive reviews only) will get rewarded with a prime slot in the first LGAH of the month (tested jobs only)

#RevEx rules
- Add "#RevEx" to your jobs description or title. This can be for any type of job although it's primarily designed for LTS, captures and DMs - including those that appear in events.
- Only add this tag to selected jobs and, once your happy with the job after feedback remember to remove the tag!
- If you see this and have something constructive to say about the job then post it below tagging in the member.
- For every job you receive a review for you should review someone else's job, failure to do this repeatedly will be treated as a breach of crew rules (as it's just damn annoying ).
Review rules
- Please make your reviews as constructive as possible. Include the things you liked, disliked and any constructive improvement ideas. Reviews should be particular to the job, be at least 50 words and (ideally) include at least one positive and one negative.
- Avoid using phrases like "terrible", "waste of time", etc. Have respect for your fellow creator. However, honesty is encouraged. If you didn't like it say so, making clear it is your subjective opinion and giving clear reasons why you didn't like it
- You can review as many jobs as you like - the more you add the more you should receive in return!
