(GP) LS INTERNATIONAL By:Trigg-rHappy
Amazing race with one-of-a-kind prop work, major props! Fast circuit set at Los Santos International Airport with a great flow to it. Fast and flowing corners mixed in with hairpins and straightaways make this circuit a winner! This was a great race with one minor issue:
I've found a few minor issues:
Absolutely fanfuckingtastic super car race! I mean it's seriously one of my favorite GTA races of all time, and I've only raced about four thousand different tracks. This fast as lightning super car race set near downtown Los Santos is an absolute thrill ride of a race from start to finish, and includes some well-known roads for racing super cars. Blaze around four corners on four wheels in about 25 seconds per lap. In super cars 20 laps takes about 8.5 minutes. All poles are properly blocked off with tire stacks(whine about them all you want because you'll never have a pole to dodge or to send you flying and ruin your race whilst racing at this circuit), which is a relief to be honest. If you perfect your line, and avoid the unbreakable poles you can achieve roughly a 22 second lap. Super fast, super fun, enjoyed every second racing this circuit. Not one issue, impeccable work with this one DeceptiveSmoke , I cannot say it enough.

Excellent, well thought-out circuit centered in and around Los Santos International Airport. Set for sports, supers, and compacts(I chose compacts), and it was a hoot! Great race for compacts since it does have a touch of hairpin-highway style race to it(which I prefer to run with either supers or compacts) Prop placement is spot on. This one just had some CP issues:

- A few CPs can be deleted(unnecessary, and clutter the racing line)
I've found a few minor issues:
- CP 7 is the small one, and subsequently hard to see(delete and replace to fix)
- Remove CPs 12 & 24
- Pull CP 16 back(so it's visible sooner coming out of the previous corner)
- Pull CP 25 back to the apex of the corner
- Pull CP 31 back to the center of intersection
- Pull CP 5 back(make more visible on approach)
- A few CPs can be removed in some straight sections(best to spread each straight section CP out to be barely visible)
- A few corner CPs can be pulled back(too far into their respective corners)

This one just had some CP issues:
- Pull CP 5 back(make more visible, hanging plants and overpass obstruct view of CP)
- CP 17 has a serious issue, it faces directly into a barrier(add a CP roughly 10-20' ahead of CP 17 so that it'll face in a 45-degree angle to the right, as that section is a chicane)(remember when placing CPs they will always face in a straight line directly facing the next CP, no matter which direction you place them, or which direction they appear to be facing whilst in the creator)

Good race for muscle cars, simple layout, and trickier than you'd think with some wicked elevation changes. Elevation changes combined with lack of grip in a muscle car make it interesting. I honestly think it was better with coupes, but that's my preference. Good job with prop work, as well as pole protection. I only found a couple minor issues with this one:

Excellent motorcycle race set near the world-famous Galileo Observatory. Set to motorcycles by default, and also open to sports and supers. Fast-flowing corners make for very quick laps on a bike(roughly 25 seconds). Fantastic CP & prop placement, especially the very unique water dispensers glitched into the red containers. They give a little glow, and add to the ambiance of this night circuit. Only issue was with them, and didn't notice it whilst testing. Some of the water dispensers aren't flush with the red containers, allowing some drivers to clip them. I'd say flush all of them with the containers, and it'll be 100% perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed this one, fantastic job qo8op !!!

Great route choice with this one! I loved the bumpy roads mixed in with wide roads made for racing with the quickest classes of vehicles(super, sports, and sports classics). Set to supers as default, but open to all classes. The prop placement was expertly done. This circuit just has a natural flow to it; feels nice to drive. Really good race with minor issues. Block a few poles here and there, revise some CPs, and this circuit will be perfect! Here are the aforementioned changes:
-Move starting grid to the right(I started right behind a pole)
- Starting grid should be in the road only, not on the curb(use small grid glitch for a tighter fit; only good for non contact racing)
- Pull CP 2 back to center of the road(middle of apex)

Block a few poles here and there, revise some CPs, and this circuit will be perfect! Here are the aforementioned changes:
- Pull back starting grid(CP not visible as it's hidden behind a high hedge)
- Block pole to the right of CP 5
- Remove CP 9(advanced warning needed for swiftly approaching, 90-degree, right-hand turn)
- Block pole to the right of CP 10
- Remove CP 22(not needed, just clutters the section)
- Block pole to the left of CP 23
- Block pole exiting the corner near CP 26
- Block off the right side of the road just past CP 29(blue construction fences will work, folks will overshoot that section)
- Remove CP 30(give the approaching sharp right turn advanced warning)
- Center CP 34 in the freeway hairpin(make more visible on approach)
- Block poles to the right of CPs 38 & 40
-Move starting grid to the right(I started right behind a pole)
-Remove CP 11(unnecessary and swiftly approaching right turn into the hills needs further warning)
-Remove CP 14(area has way too many CPs, and it'll flow much better with less CPs)
-Clean up CPs coming up the mountain, they're inconsistently placed(spread them evenly apart so that they're barely visible on approach )
-Place barriers after CP 50(folks will overshoot that section since there's a drop, and immediately a sharp right turn)(could remove unnecessary props if you need them, like the signs near the boulders going up Mt. Chiliad)
-Delete CP 61 & push CP 60 forward to be the hairpin CP(only one CP needed there)
Long straight sections could use some chicanes(they get boring in such a slow-speed vehicle)

Good short race in and around Mirror Park. Incorporates a lot of unknown sections for racing. Unique route choice with this one, and for the most part, it flows well. Since the race does include some very tight sections I'd advise locking it to either an off-road vehicle such as: Bifta, Dune Buggy, or a compact. Here are the issues I've found:
- Center starting grid in the road(move to the left)
- Block pole near CP 1 (to the left)
- CP 2 needs prop work(so drivers know to go through the fence)
- Pull CP 3 back(too cluttered)
- Delete CP 7
- Pull CP 8 back(it's around a solid bush, people will wreck there, and block the pole there too)
- CPs 9-12 need props to block the road, and force the off-road route(otherwise folks will simply cheat, and stay on the road)
- Block pole at CP 12
- Block pole at CP 13(or move CP 13)
- Pull CP 14 back to the bend in road
- Block pole just before CP 15(prop that tight dirt alley to guide the route better)
- CPs 17, 18, & 19 are very abrasive(I would highly advise re-routing on the road to the right)
- Remove CP 22(Pull CP 23 back to make more visible)
- Pull CP 26 back(isn't visible)
- Block pole at CP 27
- Block pole at CP 30

Apex Kings
Event Info:
Apex Kings is an action-packed, varied-class racing event that will be held every Friday at 1PM PST/9PM GMT, and is hosted by me, mottzilla87 . The event will consist of two 6-race playlists with varying vehicle classes, and is intended for the purest of pure racers. This is for the non-stunt drivers who enjoy the races with little to no ramps. As this is an event mainly centered around the pro drivers, I will be testing and reviewing each submission in order to ensure we have the best-of-the-best circuit races for each event. We are GCCC aren't we? The biggest, baddest crew with the best creators in the world! Variety is the spice of life, so I will try to mix up the vehicle classes when choosing the races for the events.
How To Join:
ADD HOST ON PSN: Mottzilla87 with message,"FROM GCCC". Also check out our PS3 Events Calendar to stay informed about all of our great events. Make sure to join PSN text chat: GCCC-Apex Kings to give yourself a voice(if you don't have a mic, and even if you do it's good to be in the conversation)
Race Type:
NO STUNT RACES, NO WALLRIDES, INVERTERS, OR ANY HOT-WHEELS STYLE TRACKS.
Mainly lap races, but some point to points will be accepted. All classes are welcome as long as they have a circuit feel to them. We want to stay away from ramps, but a few here and there in a circuit wouldn't hurt anyone. If you attend an Apex Kings event please leave feedback and vote! Thanks!
