Mini Meet 4 Thursday 18th February

High Priority rumble by o_ManOfFire_o (10 players)

-5 minute rounds too short, increase to 8 or 10 minutes. This meant that the Construction building team had to complete it in one run.
-Spawns for construction team didn't work well. You’d get stuck in an awkward location to drive out of. Not quite the roof, but not quite the ground floor either. Wasted time trying to get out.
-Kurumas weren’t appropriate, use a modest car, like a Buffalo or Schafter. The Rumble team had much more application for it. But, they already had a far easer job.
-Actors were far too overpowered. High accuracy Combat MGs. OUCH. Made it extremely difficult, nigh impossible to complete as the construction site team. Give them SMGs and medium accuracy?

Suggestions to rebalance: Maybe, stray off from the mission’s delivery points. Get the Rooftop rumble team to deliver to Madrazo’s ranch, or maybe a bit further north. Maybe, add a landing zone for the construction team, such as an upturned floating platform, and respawn them at the helipads? I’m not sure how that will pan out, but it should be better.

Korvius II by Zorvaine (10 players)

+Well balanced TDM
++Beautifully propped, and unique concept
-Can be escaped.
+-Wasn’t that keen on the truck trailers, in one corner. Maybe, only 2 (Writing reviews 6 days on, my memory may be playing up)

+-my job, played well I think


Blosssom by ix__3CHO__xi (12 players)

+Nice location for a TDM
+worked well as a multi-team TDM
-Power weapon shared ammo with forced weapon. I’d recommend avoiding using weapons within the same slot on the weapon wheel, not only can pickups go unnoticed (I still don’t know where I got the Carbine). But, it also meant the far superior Carbine “power weapon”, shared ammo with the forced weapon. Power weapons should run out of ammo. In this instance, you had it all game long.


King of the Jungle by Dr Krablander (16 players)

+Fun concept
-Rounds were too long. Reduced to 8-10 minute rounds, and first to win 1 round as default.
+- Way too cluttered for my liking. Maybe, a first-person lock could rectify this issue, but you could just de-clutter the area.
-Bags were unobtainable on round 2. I believe the jets and bags were linked. Unnecessary complication, that was a major issue when it didn’t work.

Hillbilly G.P. (20 players) by @mahaloka

+Nice simple Dune Buggy race with organic propping.
-The prop fences, are almost so subtle, I thought they were fences. Imo, this is an issue, as fences, and prop fences act differently to the ones, which collapse when you hit them. But, the prop ones stop you completely. Plus, the open wheel nature of the Dune Buggy, means you can get your wheel caught in them.

+Zombie Town+ by HiddenSaint27 (16 players)

+Nice concept with beautiful propping.
+-Worked better in free-aim
+- i think you should build on this jobs strength in free-aim, as melee vs guns and assisted aim don’t mix. I think you improve the Pistol from an SNS. Heavy Pistol or Combat Pistol would work nicer. Heavy Sniper also. Also, what zombie apocalypse doesn't have shotguns .
+-Sawn off Shotgun might be nice

Farmland Warfare by GoldGun (16 players)
+Simple concept, in nice location
-Heavy weapons and sticky bombs.
+-I think on-foor respawns would work better than vehicle respawns
++ I believe the creator has already changed this, before my review has been published.

West Eclipse Raceway by lancerevowrc (18 players)
++Excellent route with excellent propping
+-Tyre lines near the hairpin towards the end, caused no issues. Despite this, I feel that there are better props available.

do you have a suggestion as to what props i can replace them with?
1 of them stands open to avoid too much cornercutting, and there is 1reinforcing the exit of a corner [problaly the problematic 1] had a haystack over the R*fence first but it looks so ugly. i actually tried to put the fence in/as close to the fence as possible. cheers
