I've raised a ticket with them a week ago, had a bit of back and forth and they've finally confirmed that they're "aware of the issue".

agrajag: Very few that were on XB1 joined the forums (plus I *think* there was a controller issue that impacted XB consoles unique to GTA that never seemed to fix so some moved from XB to PS). Sure there's bound to be some left though.
