GCCC Presents the World Off-Road Championship, Season 7.
A Bi-Weekly Multi-Crew Event open to GCCC, Affiliates and Race Crews.
2 Hours of Crew Submitted Off-Road and Rally Inspired Races.
GCCC Member Jobs get priority.  But jobs from non-crew members will be accepted.
Providing a Best Lap Time Tournament each season for those that Qualify.
There will be 5 Rounds with 12 to 14 tracks per round.  Laps being set to around 5 to 6 minutes per track.
All tracks will be raced in Non-Contact for Time Trial purposes.
A Special Creators Finals follows after Round 5.  Showcasing the top voted tracks from the season to be GCCC Verified.

This Round: Tuesday, October 10th, 2017
European Event: Hosted by geenopa & Dr_Geo @ 7pm BST (11am PDT/2pm EDT)
American Event: Hosted by jeffbob1979   @ 7pm PDT/10pm EDT (Wed. 3am BST)

Showcase Event: Saturday, October 14th, 2017
Hosted by Mandible_Claw- & theicide @ 10:30pm BST (2:30pm PDT/5:30pm EDT)

Add the hosts on PSN and join lobby through party chat "GCCC OffRoad/Rally Event Portal" to get priority invites.
A 4 Crew Pre-Lobby opens 30 Minutes prior @ European: 6:30pm BST / American: 6:30pm PDT.
Invites to playlist go out 5 minutes prior to start time.

Event Format
12 to 14 Races across 2 Playlists.
Laps set to around 5 to 6 minutes per track.
Each event should last around 2 hours.
Up to 30 players can join.
All tracks will be set to Non-Contact for Time Trial purposes.
Noon & Clear Weather will be used unless creator has the track set otherwise.
Custom vehicles will generally be used.  Some Tracks will have Customs Off when suitable vehicles are locked.
Host will use Default Class or change to a Suitable Class to keep the playlists varied.  See playlist below for settings to be used.
Settings for all events will be the same to ensure fair lap times when combined.  
Points are awarded to qualified players based off of Best Lap Times and not your finishing position.
Poll voting will be used to determine the best tracks from each round.
Top 3 Voted tracks will move to the next round.
Returning Tracks to a 2nd round will be played in another suitable class.
Top 4 Voted tracks will also be nominated for the Pure Race Showcase.  To compete against the Top Voted tracks from RaceWars.

Creator Finals/Verified+ Showcase
Each of the 5 Rounds will have a Poll to pick your top 4 or 5 favorite tracks.
Top 3 Voted tracks automatically go to the next Round.
If Multiple tracks are tied for 3rd place.  They may also move to the next round or the host may break the tie.
The Top 2 Voted tracks from each round will automatically be included in the Creator Finals/Verified+ Showcase at the end of the season.  Top voted tracks from the season will be Ranked in top 4 order.  Top ranked tracks will be GCCC Verified.
No Best Lap Points are awarded for the Creator Finals/Verified+ Showcase.

Event Rules
Please follow all GCCC Rules and Etiquette
No Killing of Crew Members.
No Glitched/Invisible Clothing during playlists.
Race clean if a track is run with Contact On.
If using a Blacklisted Vehicle. Wait before the finish line to let those using Non-Blacklisted vehicles finish first.  You may cross the line after all non-blacklisted vehicles have finished or when the DNF countdown timer starts.
Please Play all tracks or Watch all Videos before Voting.

Season 7 Blacklisted Vehicles.
Don't use any vehicle highlighted in Red.  Vehicles highligted in Blue are recommended.
Off-Road 1: No BF400 or Sanchez (except when locked)
Off-Road 2: No Bikes, Trophy Truck, Desert Raid or Brawler
Supers: All Super Cars except (Use only Sultan RS, Bullet or Voltic)
Sports Classics: No Turismo/Cheetah/Infernus Classic or Torero (Retinue, Rapid GT, Stirling GT, Pigalle or Casco recommended)
Sedans: All Schafter variants (Warrener recommeded)
Motorcycles: All Top End Street-Sport Bikes (e.g. Bati's, Akuma, Hakuchou's, Double-T, Carbon RS, Defiler, Vortex, Shotaro, Ruffian, Diabolous, FCR1000's, Lectro, Nightblade, Sanctus etc.)(Use Dirt Bikes e.g. BF400, Sanchez, Manchez, Cliffhanger, Gargoyle, Enduro, Blazer, Esskey etc.)

Race Submissions
All tracks must be Off-Road/Rally inspired tracks containing some Dirt sections. 
Pure Race style tracks only.  No Mega Stunts, Rock-Crawling or Skill Challenges.  Sensible Jumps are Okay but No Spirals or Wallrides.
Must be able to complete track in under 8 Minutes.
Must be close to 30 Players.
All submitted tracks will be tested before event to determine suitability.

Pre-Lobby Car Meet
Each week there will be a location and theme for those in the Pre-Lobby to meet and show off there themed rides and take snapmatics and videos to show off to there friends and family.  Location and theme will be selected before the event.  Find the host on the map or listen for details broadcasted on mic.  Be on your best behavior at car meets.  Use no weapons and don't do anything that will attract the Police.  Please share suggestions for future meets to the host during the event.
This Weeks Meet
Location: North Chumash Beach (Line up on the beach north of Fort Zancudo and west of Mount Josiah).
Theme: Dune Kings (Bring your favorite vehicle to blast through the Sand Dunes)

What is GCCC Verified+?

Our newly revamped Verified+ process takes best jobs from each applicable event, put them into an epic "best of" event and allows anyone to vote on their favourites in order to decide which jobs will join our existing roster of GCCC Verified jobs. Please read the below carefully...

Rules:

• Rank the jobs in a top 4 order. As best as you can disregard subjective criteria (such as how well you did in the job, preference for certain job types/ styles) and base your decision on how well the job is made (such as attention to detail & build quality).
• Please only vote if you've played/ watched ALL of the jobs in the event. You are free to vote if you've not played in the event as long as you meet this criterion.
• You cannot vote on your own job, however if you vote when you have a job up for verification you'll get a bonus vote added to your jobs score
